I usually like Carl’s Jr., but tonight I believe their angus burger is what made me sick causing me to throw up and other stuff. I felt like the burger tasted funny, and burnt from the first bite, not good at all. and I was sick within 2 hours. Food poisoning? I can never eat at Carls Jr. again.

Went the first time about two weeks ago and the bbq grilled chicken was good. Went back today and got the same and it was the most foul taste and smell ever 🤢 Nothing like the first time at all and the sandwich smelled like a toilet. Went in for a refund and they were acting confused and laughing. After insisting for a few minutes I finally got my refund, but it took forever, so who knows what they were doing with my card. Absolutely horrible customer service and disgusting food

Changed the hole menu, talking to the AI drive though before you get a person is crazy. The menu looks so water down. Inside it's bigger but drive though is not so good on the menu.
Drive thru intercom not working. Crew taking one order at a time, so waited 20+ minutes. The Carl was smaller than the $4 nacon cheeseburgers. Both of the bottom buns on the Bacon cheeseburgers was soaked and inedible. Had to throw those sandwiches away. Truly awful experience.
