This one is hit or miss. Be careful you dont get caught in the 6pm rush. I have ordered on line and waited in the store for 45 minutes past the due time or other times shown up and everything is ready. The food is good and I like ordering take out but it can be chaos at times. I tend to order early (before 5pm) and then head over to pick up. The staff can be a little overwhelmed and over worked at times due to volume.

I’ve been driving past this location since it opened and I’m glad I finally decided to try it. They have good options for customizing your meal. Lots of fresh and flavorful ingredients to create a nutritious meal. The create a bowl is a great way to try different things. The food was well seasoned and served at an appropriate temperature. The portions were generous. The food isn’t cheap but it is made with unique and fresh ingredients. It was busy when I went but the staff was pleasant overall. Look forward to coming back.

The staff are always welcoming and happy to assist when needed, heather and Adam are always polite and very helpful, very friendly always answer's everyones questions and if they dont know the answer they dont hesitate to ask a manager. The managers Finn and Bella are always around when there employees need assistance, there friendly and making ordering a breeze.

We come here all the time and the people who used to work here were so sweet. Now, they have people who are standing around doing nothing and the service is actually unbelievable slow. Heather also touched our pita chips without gloves, which was disgusting. Overall, we love Cava but please hire some actually nice people who will help their coworkers and won’t touch food without gloves hands.
