Food is always good but service is TERRIBLE, both servers where really rude and unprofessional. They charge us more money than they should. We felt terrible. Probably never come back to this location. It’s sad that food is so good but service is sooo BAD.

I haven't been to Cava for a while so it took me a while to order two takeout bowls. The staff was very patient with me. They were friendly and suggested certain items that I forgot about. It was very pleasant. The food was great as well. Very fresh and tasty! I will definitely try to visit more often now.Vegetarian options: They have a plenty of vegetarian options - variety of vegetables, grains and toppings.

The food was delicious! This was my first time eating here and I was impressed that when we emailed about my food allergies, we received a very nice detailed response as to which foods to avoid. The staff was great and very patient with me as I didn’t know How the ordering worked.it might be different in the summer but it wasn’t a very cozy ambience. The seats are by garage doors and it was very cold with some other dark or very bright lighting. If I come back it will be for takeout but I’m looking forward to it because the food was fantastic.Vegetarian options: I had the rice and bean bowl and I could choose all vegetarian toppings, no problem.Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to MSG and they told me to avoid the pickles and the pita chips but otherwise I could eat anything. It was so fresh and delicious. I’m also a pescatarian so it was very easy to find vegetarian choices.

Cava food is 4.5-5 /stars. However I want to say one staff member did not show satisfactory customer service and I felt a very unwelcoming environment when I went to check out at the cashier. I felt like an inconvenience asking for request such as the loyalty points, I was not given my receipt or drinks. I did not go back to ask for them as I felt it was unapproachable.
Very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and patient helping me create my bowl since it was my first time trying Cava. Very good food. Would definitely be going back!

There is one guy, a cashier, first he had bad attitude when I asked for a side of cucumbers, he asked me WHAT DO YOU MEAN? He doesn’t know what a side of cucumbers is??? Then i went to ask for a lid but he was busy so i just grabbed the lid he saw me and told me NEXT TIME ASK ME!!! what kind of attitude is that? Was that necessary?
