Placed an order for pickup at 2:30 during playoff game yesterday. It didn’t come out until 3:30 due their computer issues and not turning off pick orders. Huge shoutout to the staff for their hospitality and composure. Issued a full refund and gift card, gave me a free drink while I waited and still played the game while I waited

Used to come here twice a month, after today I wont be back. Placed a pick up order for 2:45, got up to the counter at 2:50 to be told they are 20 minutes behind. Okay, no worries, frustrating but they are busy. Went up to the counter again at 3:45 after waiting the hour to be told we are about an hour behind now. I've got my kids with me, this is getting ridiculous. Go up again at 4:10 to be told my ticket never printed and the food hasn't even started. Completely unacceptable as this is the THIRD TIME I was up to the counter. My kids and family are waiting to eat this entire time. Was given a $20 gift card for my trouble, which wouldn't get me a third of a meal.

Ordered wings during the playoff game today, the place was slammed, our order took longer which we obviously expected but the staff were professional and apologetic and our order was exactly as we ordered. Thank you.

Worst.Experience.Ever. These people don’t understand timing - so if you want to coordinate anything, please go elsewhere. Wings are good, service and people are terrible. I wish a place could be good all around but this is the best example of surviving only due to quality of food. If it came down to service, this place has to be a bottom 5 in the area. It’s also a terrible dining room. Why can’t someone make good food and deliver it with good service?

Expensive for what you get! It was good and tasty. We got 20 wings one side and 2 small drinks with a tip 46.00 for 2 people. Pricey. Disappointed.

easily the best wings in the metro area. i don't like going to Wingstop, bdubs, or other local places anymore. they fry the wings perfectly - crispy outside, juicy inside. the flavor selection isn't the greatest, but the ones i do like are worth it. wish the cups for drinks were larger, and it's hard for a large body to find good seats when the place is only half full. but these are all easy to deal with issues for me. lots of tvs for sports watching, too. bathrooms are nice enough. they've always been clean when I'm there. it's become a destination place for me and my gf, coming from commerce city, because there's nothing good over here for wings

I love the wings and staff!!! Super friendly and helpful. I have difficulty getting my online orders on time. Every online order is at least 20 minutes behind scheduled pick up.

Food is always fresh with many options for sauce and choice of boneless or bone in. Hard working staff . Looks to be sports bar if you enjoy this activity. Definitely recommend. Easy parking and lots of room inside
