Ever since I called a few months ago and the manager said they have a dedicated fryer for their fries I have been coming here often. They are almost always on top of allergy orders and the staff is always super friendly and accommodating. I’ve had terrible experiences at other locations and this location seems to have the most well trained staff.
My only suggestion would be to make an easier way for your staff to write allergy info on the order. But thank you for creating a safe place to eat as someone with celiac!

Wish I could give zero everything because hands down this is the worst chick fila ever. I get my first sandwich with a straight bug on the bun nasty . So I go in to get a new sandwich the lady working has awful costumer service just grabs it and walks back and brings another sandwich out like a minute or 2 later doesn’t really say anything . I’m like great cause at this point I have to be back to work I get in my car just to double check it and there’s no pickles on this one when I paid for extra on the last sandwich and I had no time to go back in…. Very aggravating. Go to other chick fila in the area theres plenty and this one clearly doesn’t operate so well.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Whether it’s the classic chicken sandwich or their perfectly crispy waffle fries, everything tastes amazing every time.
The service is equally impressive—friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Even when the line is long (which speaks to how popular they are), it moves quickly, and orders come out faster than you’d expect.
Chick-fil-A has truly mastered the balance of quality food and exceptional service. It’s always a pleasure to visit, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Food was fresh service was good and fairly quick. It's was lunchtime when I went invso thw parking lot was packed and line arpund the block. . The store looked clean. Lots of patio outdoor seating with umbrellas.( facing the sun so it's warm in winter) Bathrooms were clean. Other than getting into the parking lot everything was good.
Disappointing service by young, short cashier. We asked about the pimento sandwich. She was rude and dismissive. Then rude when we said we might go elsewhere bc we were craving that sandwich. But we will be back.

Great place to eat but just sad they forgot my sandwich after spending $33. But I guess I can't cry over spilled milk my wife and daughter atleast got theirs.
It was a joy to talk to the girl who took my order today. I went through the drive through, didn’t get her name, but she had a purple flower on her. She was very pleasant and fun to talk with. Food came out really quick and was delicious!
I had an annoying experience today. In my last big order, they forgot my sandwich and so I called to get that resolved. I was told that they can take my name down, and I could come in anytime to get that sandwich plus a free item. So today I called ahead to make sure I could get those free items. I asked the worker at the drive through, and he tells me to ask at the window. I go to the window and they tell me they’re not seeing my name. I’m then told that I waited too long to get my free items as they expire after 2 weeks. Would have been nice to know that sooner, as I came a week too late. I ended up leaving with only food for my husband and none for me and my daughter since I thought I would be getting the others items for free and was not going to go back and wait in line to order more. In the past, they used to add any missing Items to your mobile app so that you could redeem it that way. That would have been better, or at least let people know if there’s a time limit to cares orders.
