Came in with our three kids no tables to sit at to hold us all But one employee sitting at a six top table by himself when he could have sat at a two top. I told the manager and she didn’t care so we all sat at a two top. One child standing eating and two kids on our lap beyond pissed at the service received.
When we arrived to the store a child had Peed in the play ground. I also told the manager, been here over a hour and half and the pee is still in playground.
Food quality horrible cherry literally rotten on shake
Manager didn’t care one bit. I will never come back to this store. It’s about health at the end of the day and this store don’t care or practice health regulations.

Went here for lunch this late afternoon, just wanted to come on here and shout out a young man named Micheal that was our cashier he was such a vibe, very happy and polite making conversation with everyone who walked in, helping throw away trash, takong orders and delivering table side service. I was happy to encounter him. You dont see people so pleasant in the work force these days so definitely a breath of fresh air. Great job Micheal!

Their service is lacking. The company used to have a roaming staff member to do refills which was helpful. Today I stood at the edge of the counter waiting for a refill for almost 5 minutes. They weren't busy (no one in line) and at least 4 employees walked right by me with not a single person acknowledging my presence. I usually don't eat at Chick-fil-A due to their stance on a few issues that are important to me. I likely won't visit again, even if I have a moment of weakness and need chicken nuggets. It's unfortunate because Ive been eating their nuggets for 45 years.

Ever since I called a few months ago and the manager said they have a dedicated fryer for their fries I have been coming here often. They are almost always on top of allergy orders and the staff is always super friendly and accommodating. I’ve had terrible experiences at other locations and this location seems to have the most well trained staff.
My only suggestion would be to make an easier way for your staff to write allergy info on the order. But thank you for creating a safe place to eat as someone with celiac!

Wish I could give zero everything because hands down this is the worst chick fila ever. I get my first sandwich with a straight bug on the bun nasty . So I go in to get a new sandwich the lady working has awful costumer service just grabs it and walks back and brings another sandwich out like a minute or 2 later doesn’t really say anything . I’m like great cause at this point I have to be back to work I get in my car just to double check it and there’s no pickles on this one when I paid for extra on the last sandwich and I had no time to go back in…. Very aggravating. Go to other chick fila in the area theres plenty and this one clearly doesn’t operate so well.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Whether it’s the classic chicken sandwich or their perfectly crispy waffle fries, everything tastes amazing every time.
The service is equally impressive—friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Even when the line is long (which speaks to how popular they are), it moves quickly, and orders come out faster than you’d expect.
Chick-fil-A has truly mastered the balance of quality food and exceptional service. It’s always a pleasure to visit, and I can’t recommend it enough!
