I placed an online order, picked it up and couldn’t wait to get home and enjoy! As I started to get ready to eat opening the box I noticed white goo all over my burger, then had put a very hefty amount of mayo on my burger which I didn’t order nor could eat being lactose intolerant, I called and spoke to a manager he assured me I would get a refund! After telling my significant other what had happened she let me know that her burger also went in the trash, she ate half and noticed the burger wasn’t properly cooked!?!? Spent $40 to throw 2 burgers in the trash, and ruined my dinner! I will never order to go again! Can’t be trusted, at least in restaurant I could send un properly cooked food back!! Check your orders before driving away!!!!!!! Only refunded 1 burger! Y’all are horrible!!! Keep ruining dinners!

I haven't eaten at Chile's for 20 years because of the crap over salted mass food supply ingredients, but thought I would try the 3 for 10.99. A great deal, but the burger was destroyed with salt and over cooked crispy and dry. The fries were extremely salty also. I had a headache and dry mouth the rest of the day indicating a serious amount of salt and I know these fries have MSG and preservatives as I have read about the ingredients. If you read the salt content in there meals they are outrageous often in the amounts of 5000 to 20000 milligrams! Stop supporting these frankin food corporate chain restaurants! They are killing you!!!

Got the triple dipper twice now from here and the food is always room temperature. no cheese pull from the mozz sticks and the sliders aren't really fresh. the chicken tenders are the most warm in terms of temperature. good taste for all of it but i would like to see the food as it is advertised.

Absolutely ridiculous. You have 16 year olds at the front that can't even handle picking out a table. We had to leave because they couldn't figure out where to sit one person and a toddler whom needed a highchair. Absolutely absurd.

In restaurant at 9. Main rush was over. Restaurant was clearing out. Staff was focused on end of night tasking, not guests. Food came out at 947. Everything overcooked, not fresh. Obviously had been sitting for a long time. Steak was extra-well done, bone dry, wanted medium rare. Chicken breast was dry and rubbery. Service was bad, drinks not refilled. Server would come by every 15 minutes and check in to refill drinks. Food was bad. Thought arriving at 9 would be early enough to still get a decent meal before they close at 10. Was a huge mistake a ruined the evening.

I was just there on Halloween and I had an amazing server named Cheyanne, she was so speedy and so sweet I will definitely be returning and asking for her every time. Definitely the best atmosphere I have experienced at any chilis. Ps loved her costume.

Chili's just needs to give up already. Their food is terrible. And it's overpriced. Restaurant is not that clean. Steaks are not worth it. My son got immediately sick after eating. There's only 2 desserts on the menu. It's definitely not what it used to be.

We dined here a while back and I forgot to leave the review. Catherine was our waitress. She was so knowledgeable about the menu and made our experience wonderful! Remembered our order and did not miss anything up she constantly checked on us couldn’t had a wonderful personality!! We love the atmosphere at this chilies. It’s our favorite one. It’s always nice and clean and the food is delicious.! We’re definitely will be back!
