This chipotle is the absolute worst. Placed an online order and waited an extra 30 mins while they took order in line. Made it aware to numerous staff and got ignored by all. They should not take online orders if they are not going to honor it, I watched as 20 ppl came and go before I got my order

Absolutely amazing, handled our carter order so professionally!

Just left a full bowl at the register because the employees claimed you can’t do half and half meat and then get extra of one… weird because the app lets you do that. Do better. Edit it was the larger Hispanic female manager.

Extremely poor customer service. I arrived for my lunch break, behind 2 other people. They took both orders ahead of me, but when it was my turn, they began work on a large online order. They didn't tell me how long the wait was or even acknowledge my presence as I watched them make multiple burritoes for a customer that wasn't even there. It wouldn't have bothered me as much if the staff would have at least said something like "this is a large order, it'll take us a few minutes" or something to that effect. Unfortunately, working people have limited time on their lunch breaks, and I had to leave emptyhanded.

Horrible customer service, I should have listened to the other reviews regarding this location. I won't be returning.

Kid-friendliness: My grandchildren had a great time and really enjoyed the food.

Just ate here, about 245pm and got the crunchy tacos with brisket. Well, the brisket was incredibly tough and chewy, I had to scrape it out of the tacos, it was nasty! One of my shells fell apart because the lady in the line didn't bother to drain the bean juice from the spoon, so it all went into the taco. And to top off the wonderful meal, a piece of what I believe to be the avocado core was left in the guacamole and I just about broke my tooth on it. Worst meal I've ever had at a chipotle. Not a very friendly staff either. And...I am so SICK if getting stale chips at chipotle!! Every. Single. Time.

Staff hates their jobs and takes it out on customers. Also make sure you get a receipt because they charge you for things you did not order!

This place is awful. The lady Deisy at the front charged me for a side of sour cream. Skimped on portions &Kids meal went from $5 to $9.50. This place is not representing quality chipotle.

The chicken you give, 7 little cubes of chicken and she looks at me with disgust. Super rude and not friendly. Doesn’t look like the pics on tv. Scam.

This is my third time and each time I come in hoping the experience is different. They never acknowledge when in line. I understand there is other things going on but just a, “We’ll be right with you,” will go a long way especially when you’re in line for 5 mins. Then when it is your turn, you get horrible customer service with attitudes.

Rude employee at 3.20pm Oct. 30th. Employees like these, is why everybody prefers to order online. Avoids unnecessary and poor interactions, while getting the best out of the restaurant. Will recommend to order online rather than going to the place. Avoid dinning in!

Vegetarian options: They are always out of stock for fresh produce like lettuce, guacamole and tomatoes.

Terrible service with the people who are at the checkout, they reluctantly serve when you ask for something, they do it with a bad face and they start talking to the customers among themselves.
