Can take a while to get your food as it is so labor intensive so the lines is usually quite long. But if you order through the App, you can just walk in and pick up.

They were out of Guacamole! It was not even close to closing time. I've been going to to Chipotle for many years in Phoenix AZ. NEVER have they been out of Guacamole. This was my first time experience at a Chipotle in Colorado... And my last. Couldn't wait to get back home where Guacamole is plentiful!! 🌮🌮

We just tried to go into the store and the staff has locked customers out of the building during normal business hours at 3pm today. There are several online orders waiting to be picked up and others waiting outside to order.

The steak was terrible and very chewy/grisly

I dont know how hard it is to give the correct meat on an order, but I ordered steak on a pick up order and received brisket. I doordashed to get my food remade and still they put brisket. I get it's the same color, but come on, is it that hard to know what you're putting in the bowl.

Don't eat here if you have kids. We've ordered twice and they only put half of what we paid for in the kids meal. They don't answer their phones either. Terrible customer service.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They consistently mess up your order. Read the other reviews. They just completely forgot to add steak to my bowl. See pics.

The pickup order staff is not friendly. They will just stare at you while you wait right next to the pickup area looking right at your food. You have to ask them for your order. This is the third time in 6 months I’ve done pickup here. Always an issue and bad customer service. This time was the last.

The portions are also tiny now. That was my order. I now know that everyone orders extra rice because the portions are so small for regular. Chipotle really fell off hard.

Everyone is so nice and very understanding. A few days ago I went here and they were very friendly! 10/10 the food was delicious and the place was so clean.

Wish we could give negative stars. We ordered on the app 5:30 for pick up at 6:00. Finally got our order at 7:15. No one knew what they were doing. They didn’t even get the order correct. We will never order here again.

Placed an online order for delivery .Waited an hour and a half and order was still not ready. Ended up just cancelling the order.

Went in for a chicken bowl and I asked for one scoop, the young lady working puts less than half a scoop on there and then when I kindly ask for more she puts two more little pieces on there and proceeds to give me attitude, hopefully Management here should knows what’s going on or they must really not care that much. VERY POOR SERVICE
