I went to this location twice this week. I was met by the most courteous, friendly, helpful employees each time. They took my order, and I had it both times in a few minutes. The restaurant is very clean, well kept, and the staff is fantastic. The girl that took my order said the hot chocolate was on them since it was Thanksgiving. I also asked for a manager to let them know how much I appreciated the service I received and he was also very nice and courteous. Unfortunately, I did not get anyone’s name like I usually do but the whole staff was excellent. I will definitely return.
Service at this location is great! The staff is always quick and kind. This location is always open on time. Any lines move quickly. My order is always correct.

The managers are AMAZING- I have an Einstein's that's closer to me but I drive to this one because the quality is unmatched.
I loved the food and it was perfect seating and it had a very cozy nice vibe to it and smelled amazing.

Great service
The food is good, but watch out for the drive-through because they tend to mess up orders. Poppy seed bagels instead of chocolate chip bagels, for example. No capers became extra capers. This is the kind of issue most drive-ins solve with a screen for accuracy. It is sorely needed.
Went in person and half my order is missing. Then I called the store and you can't get thru any option to speak to someone. Horrible service, will not be back!
Fast friendly service, flavorful bagel sandwiches, but drinks and bakery items are mostly generic and overpriced.
My first time at an Einstein bagels. Cashier was very nice. Service was quick and our bagels were delicious. Very happy and will.come back. We got jalapeño cheese with regular schmear.
