Einstein Bros. Bagels

Absolute terrible customer service. I waited 30 minutes for five sandwiches, only to find out once arrived to work that they only gave me four. Tried calling the store twice and they sent it straight to the voice message and then just hangs up on you. Do not visit this store, it's completely mismanaged.

I had gotten a wrong order and asked to talk to a manager. Nicole Skipton couldn’t have been nicer! She redid my sandwich and gave me a free goodie as well. Customer service is key and this was 5 stars! Thanks (Nora Martin, customer)

Just stood at the counter waiting to order for so long that I gave up and left. It wasn't busy; there was no one else in line.

We went to pick up bagels to bring home. When we got home we were shorted 2 bagels. I then tried calling to see if we could go back and pick up our missing bagels. The phone was never picked up and I remained in a loop. Never experienced this kind of service there before, so it is safe to say I am extremely disappointed that it appears that mediocrity is the acceptable customer service.

I just want to give a shoutout to Lyla and her team for their great customer service. There was a grown man yelling in there faces and they maintained a good attitude for us other customers in there after dealing with such a awful dramatic men.

I went to this location twice this week. I was met by the most courteous, friendly, helpful employees each time. They took my order, and I had it both times in a few minutes. The restaurant is very clean, well kept, and the staff is fantastic. The girl that took my order said the hot chocolate was on them since it was Thanksgiving. I also asked for a manager to let them know how much I appreciated the service I received and he was also very nice and courteous. Unfortunately, I did not get anyone’s name like I usually do but the whole staff was excellent. I will definitely return.

Came in undecided on what to eat and Felicia and Lila were more than amazing. We definitely will be back not only for the food but the phenomenal service we received.
