Disappointed!! Today 3/6/26 @ 7:51 pm this is the third time I have gone in the past
2weeks . The two same workers have been there all 3 times. Noah F the other didn’t get his name. They never seem to get the order right!! When it is right they do not know how to mix in the toppings evenly it’s all left in one corner of the cup. Also they seem not to put in the correct amount of ice cream to the cup for the amount that I pay the cup should be well served that is what the lid is high. Cold Stone is my favorite but will no longer be going to that location anymore!

My ice cream was made perfectly and the boy serving me was very polite I was think his name was Parker (At least according to my receipt) Either way it was amazing!

I was in there around 12:30 today and worst customer service ever. There was a kid with longer red hair just dipping cones in chocolate while there was a line of 6 people. Making the other kid with the mustache do all the work. Why were the chocolate cones more important than a line of paying customers? Ridiculous and unprofessional. Dipping cones should be done in slow moments not when there’s a line by the door. Really awful first time coming here in months and probably the last. Took forever.

We had a ten dollar gift card for purchase I store. Not valid online. The store associate would not take the gift cats. She said we have to order online. This is a gift card not a coupon. She said a lot of customers have brought these cards in and she said no to all of them. Poor service

I came in yesterday evening and was greeted by a wonderful, lively staff! They truly seemed happy to be there and it really made me and my wife’s experience great!
We will definitely be coming in again soon.

I came in around 11:45am amd was greated by 2 very nice employees I was helped by a very beautiful young woman who made sure I got a really thick shake like I requested. The young man who was making the waffle cones was really good at his job, I just want to question how does he not burn himself with those hot waffles?? Anyways 5/5 experience I should've got one of those waffle cones with my order!

The ice cream was great but the lack of napkins and the moody and angsty workers made the experience lackluster, do better!!!

Whole place smells like spoiled milk. Staff didn't know why, and said they are desensitized to it. Something isn't being cleaned, and I wouldn't trust getting any dairy products that come from a place that smells like that.

I had a pleasure of being served by John he was patient and had great recommendations on ice cream helping us choose a flavor that would be to our liking 2 kids under 10 who are picky. John was understanding and helpful. He has great customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

I'd say they did a decent job. Service was fast and friendly. There was an unusual smell of horses inside the restaurant. Yes I mean horses. It might have been blowing in from outside. Parking is convenient and it's located in a nice shopping center. Ice cream tasted good. No complaints.
