So many wonderful things to say! Read below for information on the food, service and allergies.
1. The food was amazing. Best red chili I have had anywhere. Portions were great and the food was fresh and they said it’s made from scratch and definitely tasted that way. Great recipes. All of us in our party was happy.
2. We came at a less busy time but we had excellent service. Kurt was our server and was willing to get answers to any questions he didn’t have answers too. Made sure our drinks were full and was very friendly and helpful.
3. I have allergic reactions to uncommon things, like tomatoes and limes, which make it difficult to eat out especially at Mexican restaurants. First the menu has a list of their salsas and how they are made. I will be trying all that are safe for me. Gloria, the owner, came out to make sure I knew what I could have and she is very passionate about her food. I have never felt safer about knowing what was I was eating. I can’t usually eat enchilada sauce, so it was extra exciting for me.
For the record, the leftovers are just as good, so don’t worry if you order too much.
Person one had pancakes, she is 80 and rarely finishes her food and she practically licked her plate clean. Also they smelled so good.
Person 2 had a burrito, taco, and tostada. Medium green chili. They warned us hot was super hot so he stuck to med heat and was happy.
I had a rellano, enchilada and burrito all smothered in the red chili. Then a bean tostada. All was delicious. Even if I ordered too much because I was excited I could eat.

The worst place to eat never taking my business here, we had a pick up order too and they she wanted a tip for what pack the food her job lol 😆 soo sad & they're over charged for paying with a card , that's a law sue they want the customer to pay fees .

I went in for lunch and placed a carry-out order. When I paid, I tipped the elderly lady working $5, which I felt was more than fair for a small to-go order. Instead of saying thank you, she responded with “Only $5?”
That comment really caught me off guard and left a bad taste in my mouth. Tipping is optional and meant to show appreciation — it shouldn’t be criticized. Because of that experience, I’ll be taking my business to 3 Margaritas next time.

Always great food and service. Consistency is so important for a restaurant, and Coronas has been doing a great job for years. I order carne asada plates at every Mexican restaurant I visit. This one is particularly good.
The service is always great, and the wait time is minimal once ordered.

Coronas is awesome! And they can offer Keto! We sat at the bar on a Thursday night, the restaurant was packed and the service was excellent. Alexis the bartender so busy tending to a full bar, and was still able to give each table excellent service. The chef is amazing. I ordered the carne asada, with salad and extra cucumbers and look at what they did for me. We'll be back!

On our visit Carrie (hope I spelled it right), was our waitress as usual. This visit was especially exceptional, She truly made us feel like part of her family. The food is always great but everytime we go Carrie takes great care of us. She goes above and beyond to assure our visit is great. We truly and greatly appreciate her and her amazing efforts. Amazing Green Chili Chimichanga! Great representation of Colorado’s Mexican Cuisine. Friendly service as well. I will be returning here next time I visit Colorado.
Really good and filling! Huge portion sizes and service was kind and pretty fast. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about, because I personally had a good experience. Would go again.

Always have a good experience here. Foods great, service is good. Only complaint is the kitchen is not great at timing orders. They definitely deliver meals staggard to the table.

The green chili is so good it's insane. Kathy is the best server and will memorize your order. If anything is wrong you will still eat it, and love it because she is the best and will never steer you wrong.
It's rare to find a Mexican restaurant so good I crave it. 10/10
