I really like Costco, but this one doesn't carry the whiskey I like?
Horrible Experience at Costco - Canceling Membership After 15+ Years
I have been a loyal Costco member for over 15 years, but after my recent experience with Sally and Kevin at
6400 W 92nd Ave, Westminster, CO 80031. I am absolutely appalled by their lack of customer service and kindness.
My membership had expired, and when I went to make a purchase of over $600, I was shocked that I wasn't given a one-time grace notice. Kevin had ask if the front door staff informed me of my expired membership, which they did not. For that reason alone, I believe I should have been granted a grace period. Instead, I was treated with indifference and rudeness by both Sally and Kevin.
After this disappointing experience, I've decided to cancel my Costco membership and take my business elsewhere, like Sam's Club. It's a shame that Costco has lost a long-time customer over something that could have easily been handled with a little courtesy and understanding.
Called ahead for an order that wasn’t ready.
Great place with great prices. New policy, Costco has turned people into bar codes. Your Costco ID with your picture on it is no longer used as identification. You need to bar code in. People are now identified by bar codes. There is no other store that I know of that dehumanizes us to bar codes, not even Walmart does that. If one is religious, it brings one to think about the mark of the beast. Just an observation. I will be shopping less and less at Costco for this humiliating policy. Bud Light made a mistake in advertising. Look what happened to that brand.
Just needed tire center. New policy of walking around to scan to a machine not a human then walk through the chaos of lines with people thinking you're cutting or blocking etcjust to go literally right outside the exit is ridiculous.
The door nazis are rude as all get out. Must be a boring job so we spice it up when I forget something in my car and you don’t want to let me out the entrance I walked in 30 seconds ago.
excellent care and service
Costco in general has gotten ridiculous with it's requirements. I just want to get my shopping done and leave but they make it difficult. Feel like cattle being herded. Canceling my membership and going back to sams club.
Who doesn't love Costco
Nice place. Crowded but not crazy crowded. Nice people. Reasonable gas prices. Good location.

Great staff. Thank you
Not sure if costco is getting cheap or trying to make things easier. It's definitely not easier for me as a disabled person to scan my card before entering the store as it was to just show it to the person.
And the prices for olive oil have become ridiculous ? I mean seriously $60 for 2 bottles?? That more then double what it was just a few months ago!! Just another great thing the current PotUS did to our country!!
Best fuel prices but the pumps are slow
Fire Addie. Horrible customer service and rude.
Love the store but the food court is one of the poorest run ones I've ever been. It. Call ahead is impossible because they never answer the phone. The drink machines are always out of flavor so you just drink soda water. This time. I waited almost 10 minutes for a hot dog. Disappointing because it's the one closest to me
