This place is amazing! I live about an hour away but was in the area for an appointment so decided to stop in. I bought seven different things and they are ALL delicious. The cinnamon roles are insanely good! I will definitely stop in again the next time I’m in the area.

Gluten free bakery, excellent for celiac. Baked goods are amazing - the buttermilk stick (Sundays only) is amazing with a cup of coffee. Also get the cinnamon rolls, bread, pizza dough...

It’s the first time we’ve found gluten-free flour that actually works perfectly—and we’ve tried many. We’re incredibly grateful this place exists. Our kiddo has celiac and gets really sick from even trace amounts of gluten, so finding a bakery we can trust means the world to us.

I randomly found this bakery after a visit to a nearby business and got really excited. The sad but true part about gluten-free baking is that gluten tends to impart that wonderful elasticity that some bread has. It's hard to make that happen without it. But I bought some hoagie rolls here and was pleasantly surprised how good they were. The texture is really as close as it can be to traditional bread. I also happened to get an espresso to go because I love good coffee. Both of these were top notch, I will definitely be back, and I really hope this business succeeds.
