I randomly found this bakery after a visit to a nearby business and got really excited. The sad but true part about gluten-free baking is that gluten tends to impart that wonderful elasticity that some bread has. It's hard to make that happen without it. But I bought some hoagie rolls here and was pleasantly surprised how good they were. The texture is really as close as it can be to traditional bread. I also happened to get an espresso to go because I love good coffee. Both of these were top notch, I will definitely be back, and I really hope this business succeeds.

I stopped in this place and didnt know it was a gluten free place. It didnt matter. Their baked goods are AMAZING. My wife and i got a lemon bar, a pumpkin cheesecake, and a mint chocolate cheesecake. They were all incredible and the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpfull. I will be back.

I went here to buy a gift card for a friend that is celiac. I was informed that the gift card was virtual and could be emailed or printed out. I commented on the extra hassle it is now to go find somewhere to print it out and to pay extra to get this done, as I didn’t have the email address to forward it. Also wanted it to go along with a card an another gift. I was informed that the reason is that they get charged for the cards….as they get charged for their bags, containers, all products they use etc. seems a pretty petty reason to ask your customers to run around trying to print something out that they could have charged right then and there. Adding a simple fee for the card. But this way, Staples took the extra cash for it. Also had to take more time to drive to a different establishment to do something I could have done right then and there. Honestly it was a pain. Other than outrageous prices the products are pretty good.

So your explanation of not wanting to invest in actual gift cards because they are too costly for you and that you're trying to do your part in savings the planet is hard to understand. Since you do use plastic containers and bags and spoons and forks and most likely kitchen wear, etc. may I suggest (base on your explanation) to ask your customers to bring their own containers, cloth napkins, reusable bags since these items are surely an expense you can avoid and you are so environmentally conscious. I’m sure the earth appreciates your efforts but I stand by my opinion that this act is petty and inconvenient.

This place is the best!! I've been gluten intolerant for 15 years and this is easily some of the best gf products I've had! I got the sandwich bread which is delightfully light and lovely, the pretzel was so delicious, as was the apple fritter. We also got a frozen chocolate cream pie that was truly incredible! Brought it to a party and everyone loved it!! The two guys working there were so kind and excited, they totally sold it! Seriously great stuff!

Stop by even if you aren’t GF!!! I got the soft pretzel and the strawberry layer cake and WOW!! The pretzel tastes amazing and has the perfect amount of chew, the cake was decadent but not overly sweet and very moist. I’d recommend either but with their vast amount of options, it’ll be hard to pick :)

My husband and I are not gluten free but many of our friends and family are. We decided on gf cupcakes for our marriage celebration so everyone could enjoy without contamination worries. Crestone Bakery made lemon cupcakes with blueberry frosting for us and they were delicious (and very pretty). We ordered extra and I’m glad we did because guests wanted seconds and thirds!
The reason we picked Crestone for our party was my previous excellent experience grabbing a mix of treats for a gf friend’s birthday.
