We were so excited to try the Dubai cookie until we found a hair baked into it. Not on top — baked inside. That’s beyond unacceptable and completely unsanitary. I expected much better from a company like Crumbl. This has seriously made me question the cleanliness and food safety at this location.
Crumbl, please do better. I’d like to see this issue addressed and taken seriously — no one should ever have to find something like that in their food.
