Going downhill. Last 2 times it's been very slow to get food (didn't post a review as could have been a bad day the first time) then today burgers and rings both overcooked. I think they are having staffing issues or something which is unfortunate but is what it is and after a second negative experience it objectively is time to report. Hopefully they get things turned around...the new bacon is good, sigh....

This place has went down hill they forgot the cheese sauce for the 3 rd time then when I call we'll send u a coupon they send a coupon for the cheese sauce I paid for an never gave me yet again everything thrown in the bag. Used to b good place to go not anymore.

So my work buddies like this place and since the Walleye is on the menu this has been a frequent stop. My first time I got the mushroom burger and I immediately fell in love. The food taste is great and the service is fast and great. I gotta say. My guys really like this place and I have no excuse not to continue to come.

Culver's used to be a good deal. About $7.98 for a whole combo. Today i go and specifically stated my order, after waiting five minutes for anyone to answer the speaker, Then had to repeat the whole thing again. $11.14 for the total. About right these sorry days for a combo. I get it and it was only a sandwich and drink and cause even so i had to repeat it twice she still types it in wrong. The other associate luckily still gave me the fries anyway but i never assumed it was entered wrong due to the outrageous price. Really? $12 now and not even for the whole combo? Ridiculous. On top of it, the sandwich had a lovely gross hair in between the meat and melted cheese and couldnt even pull it out. Fast food is a JOKE. Not coming here again.

Admittedly very very busy.Could probably use a few more staff at the volume of customers they are serving to maintain a less hurried atmosphere but still great service and wonderful food.Parking: The lot is split by a pretty good hill (small by hill standards but big in a parking lot), and the lower part of the lot is used less than the upper.
