It was ok. The worker was a little rude. I was trying to submit an order through my app but I guess it didn't go through but i didn't notice till i was already there. so I finished submitting it when I came in. I told her I submitted one through the app and she told me it would take 10 min for them to see it. I had to wait that whole 10 min for her to make a slushy and get a cake cup from the freezer.

The old blonde lady with glasses who thinks she's in her twenties is absolutely disgusting. She's wiping down the counters and tables and then she decided to make my ice cream without wearing gloves. I requested a cone that is dipped and I find it very disgusting that her hands were touching the actual part of the cone. This place needs to review their standards if they have any. If you're in the mood for ice cream you will be sickened. I'm surprised these guys are still in business and I hope this employee is an anomaly and hopefully not the owner.

This DQ is THE worst in the area. I literally watched more than 20 customers go in and out with their order before they could fill 1 online order(incorrectly). Not to mention claiming they didn't have plastic serving dishes...Curious on what they serve their premium treats in? So do yourself a favor and stick with the DQ on 287 in Broomfield.
