Customer service here is bad. I don't know if you were having a bad day lady cashier but I hope you have better days ahead in your life. I didn't even finish ordering I just said nevermind and walked the F out. I do not need racism in my life. And yes we notice when your mood changes when the other customers color is the same as yours.

My husband just went in and ordered the wrong dipped flavor for my cone. When he went back and asked if he could change it the boy working was so rude to him. He should take some classes in customer service. That cone cost you nothing and he made him repay and was so rude for an honest mistake. Do better DQ we come often and that could have been handled better!

First place is dirty - has always been. As others said, not that busy so no reason one of the 8 employees standing behind the counter couldn’t come wipe the tables. I was told I couldn’t pay with a $50 bill but only because my order was less than $20. I didn’t have any smaller bills. I don’t get the logic on that but how about you invest in those little pens that check counterfeit if you’re so worried about it instead of refusing to take US dollars at a US establishment.

My family and I go to DQ at least once a week to get ice cream!
Tired of ordering a Blizzard from this store and I get a Tablespoon of toppings and then 3/4 vanilla ice cream. Not even the fudge topping gets down, so mixing is terrible. Have also ordered double toppings before and don't get anything extra, despite paying extra.

I ordered a Medium Mint Oreo Blizzard with Chocolate ice cream. Only to taste it and ask the employee (Somewhat short hispanic male with glasses, short hair and lines cut into his haircut. Didn’t see his name tag ) if it was in fact Chocolate ice cream. Which he responded, “Yeah it is. It’s lighter for some reason.” then I said, “You’re sure this is chocolate? It doesn’t taste like it whatsoever.” To which he replied, “Yes that’s chocolate.” As I ate my blizzard I was perplexed as the entire thing tasted like a cookies and cream Blizzard with no Mint or Chocolate ice cream to be found. Needless to say it was made completely wrong and the employee lied to my face. Do not recommend this location.
