The staff are the best part of every experience we've had here. I'm a little disappointed in the new menu; there are very few vegetarian options. They got my order wrong last time I was there, but my husband's order was perfect. Plus, the staff has gone above and beyond in the past to accommodate additional condiment requests. This location has a really fun environment and is never too crowded.

Checked to see if there was reservations open before I left and there were plenty of spots on OpenTable, so I figured I didn't need a reservation. Get to the restaurant and I ask where to be seated for dinner. The girl who I assumed was a host said that there was no more seating for the rest of the evening and I had to sit in the bar which was weird considering there were empty tables. She also was extremely rude and clearly didn't want to help find me a table. I decided to leave and got in my car. I figured I would check open table and sure enough, plenty of reservations. I made one for fifteen minutes from that time and waited in my car. When it was time I came inside and was seated no problem. I asked to speak to a manager about the issue and all I was told was thank you for your patience. Really? Not even an apology for terrible customer service. Then the manager proceeds to tell me that wasn't even a host but someone selling tickets. So instead of saying, let me find you a host, this girl decided to take the lazy route. Mind you I was there to try the new menu and to review the food. This is 2/2 in bad experiences every time I come to this location. I am a Westminster resident and will not be supporting Dave and Busters anymore.

We sat at the bar and we were helped after 10 minutes. 30 minutes go by with out even water at our table, food after 45 minutes and then still no one helped for even a refill of our drinks. The service was horrible and will not be going there for that anymore.

Came here for my 21st birthday because all my friends recommended it. Wanted to buy a drink at the bar, and it was the night of UFC 300. As a server at a restaurant that also shows these fights, I know how crazy and busy it can get. I stood and waited for 15 minutes while I was actively avoided and ignored after being patient for 10 minutes. Finally signaled one of three bartenders who looked me in the eyes then proceeded to ignore me. I was not checked on once and the service was very disappointing. I hate leaving reviews like this but I would never give the service that I was given to a customer.

Weekends this place is packed! Especially around bar. Highly recommend going during day if you want a quieter atmosphere.The nachos... one of the best I have EVER had! I recommend requesting light on crema!Family shared strawberry cake - it is a hefty portion size and they loved it!

Great place to go on Wednesday nights. Nice crowd, definitely a family atmosphere.A few games were out of service, yet the ones that work kept us entertained.I also made it for the New Year's Eve party and that was a great time.
