Waited for an hour for our food that never showed up, why are you training kitchen staff on a Sunday your busiest day!? Makes no sense. We waited for an hour after ordering then just left without getting our food.

I placed a pickup order with DoorDash so my food would be ready when I arrived at the restaurant and I didn’t have to wait. When I was picking up my lunch the employee tried to have me fill out some form like I was a delivery driver. When I told her that I placed this order for myself she just said “well do it anyway so I can cover my butt” when I asked if they made every customer fill out a form for their food she said yes. Really poor pickup experience but food was fine

BEWARE of this location. I remember growing up and loving to go to Denny's. Unfortunately it has completely changed. I ordered a salad and when brought to the table, it had a horrid stench. I knew right away it was bad cheese. I inspected some more and sure enough they gave me old spoiled cheese in top of my salad. At that point I felt a little uneasy to keep eating but unfortunately still ordered food. While sitting there, my son dropped his toy on the ground under the booth and below was bugs crawling around and the nastiest floors I have ever seen in a restaurant. My son dropped another toy that landed in the crease of the booth and when my mom pulled it back, it had caked on dog or cat hair and dead bugs. I don't know what kind of bugs but they looked like bettles. I was so grossed out we basically got up and ran out of there. ( I did take pictures of the extreme filth but cannot upload it with this review unfortunately.) The manager is very lazy and does nothing but stand there the whole time. I do feel bad for the waitresses because she was really sweet but I cannot and will not ever go back to that location or any at this point. HEALTH INSPECTION needs to go in there and SHUT IT DOWN ASAP!!

I had a server named Holly, the last two visits. She refilled my coffee twice and fixed my taters that weren't cooked quite enough my last visit. Everything was prompt and well served especially after she fixed my tater situation. I thought she was pleasant.
Had an awesome experience at this Denny’s! Our waitress Jazzy was great. She was super friendly, quick with refills, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food came out hot and fast, and she checked in with us often. Definitely much better service than I am used to at Denny’s!
