I bought three coffees at this location and they gave me nothing but water with milk. They have nothing but people who don't know how to serve, and they don't have anyone who knows how to do things.

The only reason why I'm giving two stars is because the The cashier that I spoke with was nice. Ordered a midnight coffee in a Boston cream pie. Donut. I was not asked if I wanted coffee or creamer and the coffee tasted like it was burned. I stopped to eat the donut and the chocolate on the donut had transferred from the donut to the bag very easily by the looks of it. As well as the cream inside the donut was coming out the bottom of the donut. It was very lousy. And to add icing on the cake, there were no napkins in the bag. Considering as soon as you try to grab the donut, your fingers were covered in chocolate gooeyness. I do not plan to return to this one

Ordered a latte and it was over 80% foam asked them to make another and watched as they didn't add any espresso. Paid $6 for watered down steamed milk. Waste of money. Worst dunkin in the history of dunkins.

This place is trash just like the employes, they are rude & disrespectful they really shouldn't be working there, the managers/leads whatever they like to call them self's are weird really need to act more professional and work on communication skills and need more customer service not only with customers but with employees, nobody takes their time making drinks or anything else it's ridiculous it's like a circus in there I was more of a Moring customer I thought maybe afternoon I would have better luck with my order nope. I was wrong they just basically give you whatever they want my drinks taste like water donuts are always hard definitely not freshly made. I came to this location for convenience, but I think going out my way is definitely worth getting a great coffee & service. Come on Dunkin get a better team for your shop.

There used to be a group of the same women running this dunks and they did a great job every day, something must’ve happened because I don’t recognize a single employee anymore. Lots of very young workers who don’t make great dunkin coffee
