Why do prices go up and portions get smaller. It should be one or the other. $2 for a very small donut is ridiculous.

Service is usually very good when I do a mobile pick up and I enjoy the way my coffee is made, but I have found that usually when I order food, it seems to miss. I had ordered an everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese, but it was pretty burnt on top. Nothing else was burnt or overcooked, just the top of the bagel. I brushed off what I could to eat it, but it tasted charred.

Honestly just so disappointed, ordered food to be delivered and the portion sizes were just sad, I paid more than was nessasary for a couple pieces of bacon and four pieces of seasoned hashbrown. This is the only location I have ever had problems with.

The manager & the district manager need to be more educated how to operate Dunkin’ Donuts. Don’t even know how to ring up an egg with cheese on top, they want to charge $5.20 for an egg with cheese, exactly the same price of a sandwich with bacon . When the other Dunkin’ Donuts locations are always able to do it for me. Had to drive to another location 12 min away because these uneducated managers couldn’t figure it out. Not to mention couple months back one of the girls at the window was extremely impolite and rude.

I have noticed over the past 6 months how much better the service and effeciency has been here. Today, Brandon was incredible to help me with an order I messed up on and I was impressed how well he was running the shop and supporting the younger staff
They are always nice and fast Brandon is the best always kind and helpful

I ordered a hot machiato and it was luke warm I tried calling and no answer, I had to stop at McDonalds to get a hot coffee because what they gave me sucked, flavor was ok but it wasn't hot it was warm, terrible
