Service is usually very good when I do a mobile pick up and I enjoy the way my coffee is made, but I have found that usually when I order food, it seems to miss. I had ordered an everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese, but it was pretty burnt on top. Nothing else was burnt or overcooked, just the top of the bagel. I brushed off what I could to eat it, but it tasted charred.
I have noticed over the past 6 months how much better the service and effeciency has been here. Today, Brandon was incredible to help me with an order I messed up on and I was impressed how well he was running the shop and supporting the younger staff
Every time I go here I get light ice and they barely give me any drink at all. My drink is almost completely foam every single time, this time I specifically asked for no foam and they said they would do it. Ice floats, where you see the ice in this picture is exactly how much drink there was in it, the rest is ONLY foam. It’s disgusting, won’t be coming here again.
