I generally love dunken but it seem like lately service and quality has gone down. Went through drive through and ordered an ice coffee. When I got it the drink was mostly ice with little coffee. Normally that's not a problem but not when your spending over 5 dollars for just a cup of ice.

I ended up getting a small and a medium hot drink, when I got home I noticed they were lighter then usually, went to open them and barely had any drink in both. Ended up adding milk and coffee myself at home defeating the whole purpose or getting a drink. The service was great when ordering but if I’m paying for a drink I want it to at least be full and not with 4 sips of drink. This is not the first time it’s happened and I’ve given the workers the benefit of the doubt and I don’t like to complain but it’s been too many time!

Don’t do a walk-in online order. We waited a half an hour for two lattes, were completely ignored / not asked if we needed help. When we finally were able to flag down someone, it still took 10 more minutes. We watched multiple people walk in, get their orders, and leave. Same with the drive thru. They also had prepared and set out other online orders that came in while we were waiting. Just overall weird / standoffish vibes from the employees.

My first time to ever set foot in a Dunkin Donuts, and I don't get the hype. We ordered to-go at 10:23 AM. The bagel was tasty, and hash browns are okay. Finished them while waiting on my coffee, in fact. Didn't want them to get cold while this place finished making my coffee. Didn't get my plain iced coffee until 10:45. 22 minutes is an unacceptable wait for plain coffee... How is this chain so popular when they're this slow?
