Always go there to grab a dozen donuts for work, they don't ask for tips, which is a great plus. However sometimes some stuff doesn't dress up professionally.

This place is the best! They are always super friendly. I usually get a hot latte and a few donuts for under $10. Dollars! Far less than a fancy coffee store and the latte and donuts have always been very good.

Notice anything? I certainly do. There is mold on the top piece of bread on my sandwich. Quality control is clearly lacking at this location. Felt rushed by the rude cashier at the drive thru window/when ordering. Do not recommend trying to get breakfast at Dunkin’. Like ever.

Instead of just giving me a refund for an assortment of 50 munchkins they just gave me 50 of blueberry. This is the third time I've ordered here and it'll be the last. Not once have they gotten the order right and everything tastes terrible. The hot chocolate is watered down, the donuts are stale. Don't waste your money here.
We ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a plain bagel with hash browns, a sweet cream cold foam cold brew, munchkins, iced sweet tea.We received a bacon egg and cheese croissant, 5 hash browns, a plain cold brew, munchkins, unsweetened iced tea.The service was poor as they assumed a mobile order for "Elizabeth" was a mobile order for "Liz" so tried to give the wrong order, and left the window entirely before we could ask if we should pull around and park and go inside to avoid holding up the line.I've always loved dunkin and never had an experience like this, so I am confident it is an individual store issue.
