I preorded Boxes O Joe and donuts on Friday 1/24/25 for a work event Monday morning. Knowing that these places tend to be terrible, I called back Sunday 1/26/25 to follow up and verify they had my order. I was assured they did, they found the order under my name. Showed up Monday 1/27/25. They didn't have any boxes to make the boxes of Joe. Wtf? It's a coffee company? Why did I order ahead? Just take my money and give me a product that is literally half the basis of your business. The employee said "sorry", shrugged, and offered me 20 individual cups of coffee instead.
So if you need to depend on this location for an event, proceed with caution. You can't micromanage away incompetence.

Their cooking oil very clearly has melted plastic in it. Not just a flavor issue, but a health concern.
Once they fix it, I'll come back and try it and update this review, because they're otherwise fine.

I never knew Dunkin Donuts had a breakfast deal for $6ā medium coffee, hash browns and a bacon-egg-cheese sandwich! Best deal around!

Yuckkkk!!!!Do NOT bother the $6 meal was a waste. Coffee is trashš¤¢ the bacon was all fat and raw the hashbrowns are disgusting!!!! What a waste of time,gas and money. š¤¢š¤® Don't bother!
The food had a weird smell amd after taste after 1 bite. The person in the drive thru told us to pull up when we were still ordering. 1.5-2/10

Made a mobile order on a Saturday and was really looking forward to my hangover cure, until I took a sip of my nutty pumpkin latte half way home only to have my mouth filled with coffee grounds. Big bumma!! The rest of my order was fine.
