I’m more of a Starbucks girl, but I decided to give Dunkin’ a chance. Not only were all of my donuts I bought for my employees stacked on top of each other in a little bag. I asked for light ice, and more than half of my cup was full of ice also paying extra for cold foam and not even getting that is just ridiculous. What a waste of my money! & the way these donuts are stacked on top of each other aren’t even appealing like I don’t even want to give these to my coworkers this morning. Then to top it off, she threw my English muffin on top of all of the donuts! 🙄

I have been coming here for a couple years and with that being said, any problems I've had here have been minor and not worth getting worked up over. I've worked restaurant and retail so I'm not going to be that upset if something is wrong with my order. The staff are always friendly. It can be a challenge coming in the morning as everyone wants their coffee and donuts, I'm partial to tea or one of their energy drinks and a frozen coffee once in a while. That being said, I'd recommend coming in the afternoon if you're shorter on time as the morning rush should be lessened. Remember kiddos, this isn't Starbucks. Honestly dunkin' is more satisfying than Starbucks anyway in my opinion.

THE LAST 2 WEEKS, THE SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN....SERVES COLD COFFEE, GAVE ME THE WRONG DONUTS....VERY FRUSTRATED WHEN YOU FIND YOU HAVE WRONG DONUTS WEHN YOU GET TO WORK AT 5AM AND COLD COFFEE
It's really weird to say that this is the first time I've ever even visited a Dunkin' Donuts coffee was great and I got a breakfast sandwich it was pretty yummy
Right when I pulled up to the drive through the workers there didn’t sound happy to be there. After receiving my order (a small shaken brown sugar espresso and a bacon egg and cheese CROISSANT) and arriving home I find that they gave me the wrong sandwich. And my shaken espresso has no cold foam on top as stated.

I go to this location a great deal. I like the service here. I rarely go inside and most experiences I have are when I use the drive through.
I usually order large iced tea with one pump of sweetner in it along with a large peach sparked energy drink for my son and a large berry burst sparked energy drink for my other son. Snackin bacon is popular with my sons and I. I haven't been disappointed in all this time.
Today I tried Sabrina's Strawberry Dream Refresher. Not too sweet and very delicious. If you need something different instead of coffee, this is a good choice. If you're not sure, get a small or medium size. It may mot be to everyone's tastes.
The location can get wiped out of doughnuts so plan accordingly. Mornings are very busy. Early afternoon works for us.
I ordered an iced vanilla latte with 2 extra shots of espresso at the drive-thru. When I received my drink, it looked almost white in color. It tasted like milk and vanilla and like they forgot the espresso. I'm not sure what happened, but it's not worth $8.50!

Wasn't the best coffee I've had but was good and good service.
Absolutely bull shit, two days in a row I came to this location, to get a hot coffee (hot) and it was warm at best. The thing about this location and the one on 88th and grant is they hire kids, that don’t care to work hard at an easy job! Absolutely crap mangers and hiring process!

I preorded Boxes O Joe and donuts on Friday 1/24/25 for a work event Monday morning. Knowing that these places tend to be terrible, I called back Sunday 1/26/25 to follow up and verify they had my order. I was assured they did, they found the order under my name.
Showed up Monday 1/27/25. They didn't have any boxes to make the boxes of Joe. Wtf? It's a coffee company? Why did I order ahead? Just take my money and give me a product that is literally half the basis of your business. The employee said "sorry", shrugged, and offered me 20 individual cups of coffee instead.
So if you need to depend on this location for an event, proceed with caution. You can't micromanage away incompetence.
