This was my first time at Dutch Bros and walking up to the window I ordered and set my to go cups on the window for them to take. The girl looked at them and walked away without saying anything. The next person in line felt awkward and didn’t want to order over my cups so we were both unsure of what to do. After a couple minutes I asked about the cups and she said they don’t take cups, so I removed them so the next customer could order. Then after a while they hand me two to-go cups with plastic lids that they know will be going directly in the trash (who doesn’t choose reusable over single use plastics right now??) so I pour the drinks into my cups since I can’t carry 4 drinks back to my car and ask if they can toss the cups but they said they can’t touch cups once they leave the window. What happens if a wrong drink is made? Or someone just leaves a cup in the window? Will it stay and all cups will collect on their tiny window ledge forever? So now I awkwardly have 4 cups I have to figure out how to find a trash with which was just an awkwardly long distance away to have to leave my travel cups in the way of the other customers and throw away unnecessary waste and come back to get my cups. Just a really unnecessary and environmentally irresponsible visit.
Figured at least the coffee should be good and the stars should increase. It was not. Watery and flavor lacking vanilla latte.

Standard Dutch bros location. Coffee is good, though pretty sweet compared to other coffee joints. Staff is always friendly. The big thing is that you don't know if you will wait 5 min or over 30 for your coffee.

So bad. Just keep driving. There are soooo many other and better options. They absolutely do not know what they're doing. My $9 drink was a large cup of brown colored water and ice. I took it back. And they said it was because I didn't ask for sweetener. I got my money back. We're not ALL as clueless as you'd like to think. I took it to a different dutch bros. and they were pretty unimpressed by what you tried to sell me. Then I took it to two other coffee shops, ziggis and starbucks, and they said they see a lot of former dutch bros customers. Also, you initially gave me the wrong drink. I had it in my hands and in my car with my dog on my lap when I noticed it was not my order. You took it back and set it on your counter and then gave it to the next person in line. That drink sat there for at least 8 minutes while you prepared a blended latte. BUT when I tried to hand my drink back because it sucked, you said you couldn't take it back. Suddenly, adherence to food safety and protocols mattered. Meanwhile, someone else got that well traveled and unsanitary drink, no problemo.. Should have taken my drink back . . .I have pictures if you want to see for yourself. The one you all made and one made by ziggis. No comparison.

I first tried Dutch Bros. In Oregon. I was so pleased to see them come to Colorado! Always a good time. Not outrageous pricing. Neato swag, love the stickers. I still have a few from 15 years ago. I have never in all of these years encountered a not awesome employee. I do wish that they would send a freebie coffee once and awhile lol

I can confidently say that all locations I frequent regularly have exceptionally friendly staff! Although not the best habit of mine, I do not deny treating myself to something that brings me joy! Happiness is found in the small things. ? I also find that the fact that the business provides some of the coolest clothing exclusively for their staff only as a positive incentive for any young (or old) professional looking for a job! Thank you Dutch Brothers, keep up the excellent customer service! You are greatly appreciated ??? (I would take a Dutch Brothers over a Starbucks any day ?)
