I ordered online. When I arrived to the store they were originally out of turkey. Super sweet about but they just got a delivery in moments before I got there. I thought id wait longer than I did which honestly I was fine if I waited. The staff was so nice about the whole experience!

Went in this morning, it was very very busy and they looked short in staff. New girl on the register was doing a great job as well as the rest of the staff. Kept composure and kept moving even when some customers were being disgustingly rude. I've never been to an Einstein location that was fast. Not a bad thing, just expected. Don't go if you dont have the time to wait and dont be rude to people doing their best.

The bagels were fine, and the coffee was okay too. Service felt a little rushed, and the place could have been tidier. Nothing terrible, but nothing that stood out either.

I use Doordash to order pickups. I get the tasty turkey with chips. I never get my chips and its getting really frustrating. This has been happening over the couple of months with all my orders. Today i ordered delivery, and still no chips. Foods good. I just want my complete order.
