Einstein Bros. Bagels

Went to grab coffee for me andy brother the day after he showed me the place and the cashier gave me 2 free large coffees. Made my weekend!!?

I was told that I wouldn't be able to have my bagel toasted because their equipment was down and I was fine with that as we have a toaster at my job. But then the order before mine was toasted and the gentleman ordering after me said he wanted toasted?? So I'm not understanding what the problem is, could it be because I'm not fully Caucasian like the other customers or the female cashier who took my order? Or what was it? I'm not going to get out of character over a bagel and like I said I can toast it. It sucks because I love Einsteins! I didn't even know this location is right by my job, and I definitely would have came back!

Worst Einstein Bagels. Mostly just kids who care more about chatting and goofing around rather than getting orders done in a timely manner. There were 4 people waiting about 6 or 7 employees taking their sweet time. Finally left without my order, and while I was there someone else was already complaining to the manager about the long wait and not getting all their items. This location needs better leadership and better employees.

I have been coming to Einsteins bagels for a decade. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I don’t leave bad reviews but this was BAAD. Placed my order on my way to the store. I live 10 minutes away. Wasn’t expecting it to be ready right when I showed up. Waited for another 30 minutes. Employees were playing grab ass and extremely rude. When the order finally came out the order was incorrect. Seems very poorly managed. Hopefully it was just a bad day for these guys.

Went to get bagels on 12/6/24 and placed order online at 9:41 AM. Arrived to location and order was not ready until 10:25 AM which was frustrating since there were only two customers ahead of us and over 4 people working the line. In addition, all the employees working the line were goofing around and being extremely rude to other customers. When we received our food we were missing a muffin and cold brew and had to go up to ask for both items. When speaking to the manager, she was extremely flippant and rude and did not offer any resolution to our frustration other than to “rein them in.” I have never had such a poor experience when going to any food establishment, blatant disregard for customers, or all around rude employees.

It's ridiculous that a FAST food place takes 30 minutes to get an order out. If I wanted to spend that much time, I would have just gone to an actual sit down restaurant. All 5 employees were on leisure time. I'd avoid this location and go to another location, especially if you are on a time crunch. 30 minute wait, my sandwich bagel was LUKEWARM and the bagel wasn't even toasted. And my mother who only ordered a bagel with schmear, got a cold bagel and still had to wait 30 minutes. What a joke. AVOID!!!

Things have changed here with first and foremost the service / experience. Staff (Aaron in this case) superb! Very professional, assisted me out the car with boxed coffees, polite and made sure that everything was to my expectations. See you again each day with week for the business orders. Oh...... AND THANK YOU FOR BRINGING TABLES AND CHAIRS (albeit some) BACK........Appreciate it. Feeling more like pre-covid.

Serving up heaps of disappointment. Really poor management has ruined this location. Employees get the order wrong EVERY time, and then they don’t even apologize when you ask them to fix it. Eat here at your own risk
