Einstein Bros. Bagels

We ordered 2 lunch sandwiches and juice. When we received, one was correct, the other was a breakfast sandwich. I took to counter and they said they would fix. When they brought it out, it didn't have of the toppings or chips. Very disappointing experience.

Thanks for ruining my Birthday morning. My rewards for my birthday said 1 free egg sandwich. But the person refused the coupon, saying it's only for a specific egg sandwich, N OT what my coupon read at all. Happy Birthday to me...

Nasty staff
Only one flavor of coffee was available, no regular coffee.
Manager claims that they were out of stock, which I totally understand..
However store staff should have mentioned this at the time that the order was placed.

Went to grab breakfast before work, ordered 2 sandwiches and a drink for $22.67. I gave the cashier Felicia $100, she gave me my change and said next time they can’t accept large bills which was fine if it was an issue I could’ve easily gave her my card. I sat down to wait for my order and counted the change. My receipt said $77.33 in change and I received $62.30 I immediately went back to the register to let her know my change was short, she started grabbing money from the tip jar and the manager Payton came over and said she’d have to count her drawer. The cashier got defensive with me and said she didn’t even give me that cash, not sure what she was referring to, I told the manager she could look at the cameras and see I sat down counted the change and went back up there. After counting her drawer she told me she was actually $3 short. They opened at 6 and it was around 9, so Felicia is really bad at math or is stealing. She had the nerve to smirk and laugh once the manager walked away. Such a disrespectful little girl who will not go far with an attitude like that. The manager Payton was supposed to escalate up the issue but I got no follow up. She gave me some free sandwich and beverage cards which were expired, so I wasted my time and lost $15, shitty experience with everyone in that store and I hope the cashier is looked into.

I ordered online. When I arrived to the store they were originally out of turkey. Super sweet about but they just got a delivery in moments before I got there. I thought id wait longer than I did which honestly I was fine if I waited. The staff was so nice about the whole experience!
