Not really sure why I keep giving this place a chance. Ordered a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Didn’t realize until I was already home.
What’s the point of ordering ahead and selecting ASAP if it take 30 min to get a bagel.
Order at 8:20 got my food at 8:40 because I asked for it they mixed up the orders and a guy got one of my beagles return it and they just put it in my bag after the guy had already touched it i didn't say anything because I was already mad and late for work I ended up throwing away the one beagle before, that I had to ask to refill the milk so i can prepare my coffee no napkins and the worse part is that they weren't even busy to be that disorganized
Great customer service. Very friendly staff. We were there for about 2 hours for a business meeting and never were pressured to leave. We appreciate you all!
It was over priced and waited 30 mins for two bagels
I just went in, and all the employees I interacted with were sweet and chatty. My breakfast bagel and iced coffee were perfect and came out fast.
Einsteins has good food but it’s getting increasingly difficult to support this location. If it’s not a long wait issue, it’s that they don’t read the order modifications and serve a subpar item. I had 1 good experience out of several. Maybe look into retraining the staff at this location, the other ones I frequent rarely have issues.
The service and food has gotten 100% better since Robert became the GM. You can definitely tell he is doing his best and training his employees better.
So I’ve been to about 8 Einstein’s locations across Colorado. I order frequently online and it has never been an issue. This place sucks. The staff is stressed out or at least one of them was very snarky and rude.
She didn’t toast my bagel and shmear at all. She’s running around acting like it’s the busiest day when I walk in, nope, only 5 customers are in there and they’re all waiting for food. It seems like either this person hates their job here or wasn’t trained properly. 2/10
Peyton and Kody were phenomenal. Kody made me feet like a special boy.
