I have no idea what happened today, but my party walked in at 11:15, and stood by the host’s desk for 5 minutes waiting to be seated. Finally the bartender came out from the kitchen and told us to seat ourselves, so we do just that and wait several more minutes for our server to arrive. The server never came to our table so I get up and walk to the empty host’s desk to grab a menu so we can start looking at what we wanted, at that time the bartender notices our server still hasn’t came by and finally flags her down. Instead of coming to our table to greet us and bring menus, she walked by us without looking and straight into the back of house. After that, my party walked out having never received any type of service. This was the fourth or fifth time I had visited, and I can confidently say the service has been sliding. We’ll be checking out other spots before coming back to this place, which is unfortunate because I truly believe the food is good here.

What an amazing first experience here!!! Chris is easily one of the best bartenders we have ever had! Such a great happy hour menu...and all the food is TOP SHELF! This is destined to become one of our favorite regular spots!

Happy Hour every day! The bartenders Chris and Cody are so nice and friendly. Yummy drinks and I love the beer choices!
I got the basic burger and it was mid at best. I understand it wouldn't come with sauces and pizzazz that the higher cost alternatives would've had, but it was still bland. As if the burger wasn't even seasoned.
Side portions were disappointing. And I've noticed a decline in the quality of fries and toppings in general. I honestly felt like I would've been better off going to the red robin nearby.
Staff was nice enough. And to be fair, the drinks are good. I just felt the food was underwhelming for the price point. Hopefully that changes as I generally like the place.

Our server was so good that I hate to say anything negative, but the food was disappointing in that everyone who ordered sandwiches had a wet, soggy bun that made it too difficult to eat. The restaurant was accommodating to our large party and allowed us to watch the game however worked best, but the lack of attention to the quality and texture of the food needs to be addressed.
