We had a 5:30 reservation so it was an early dinner. They had no ribs, no iceberg lettuce for the wedge salad, only 4 more baked potatoes available.
Street tacos delivered an outstanding meal-every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. However, the service was extremely disappointing. Our server, Alyssa, was inattentive, disengaged, and lacked basic hospitality. She barely checked on our table, didn't seem interested in providing a good dining experience, and made us feel like an afterthought. It was frustrating to receive such poor service when the food was so exceptional. Fortunately, the hostess stepped in, checked on us, and made an effort to turn things around. While the food alone would bring me back, the service needs serious improvement
The menu for Restaurant week was different than what was posted online (Appetizer was one for two people not one each) We only got one dessert to share also. Server said that was her mistake and brought us another desert to go. The dessert was still frozen when we got it. Plus, it was served with plastic utensils
We went for restaurant week knowing what the menu was only to get there and have them tell us only one app per couple. Even though the menu said $35 for 1 app 1 dinner and 1 desert
My husband and I dined here during restaurant week. We started with an old fashioned and cool kids club. Both were decent drinks. As an appetizer we had loaded fries, which was the best thing that we ate. For entrees, I had the pit master bowl with burnt ends and my husband had the chicken fried chicken. Chicken fried chicken-big thick chicken breast instead of being pounded. Thin, runny mashed potatoes with no texture. Pitmaster bowl-incredibly dry macaroni and cheese with very little flavor. The burnt ends were mostly fat and gristle with no smoke flavor. The whole dish was under seasoned. We finished with dry chocolate cake and dense, but decent carrot cake. This is what restaurant week is about. We tried a new restaurant, thankfully at a reduced price. I wish I had gotten the servers name, because she was absolutely delightful. A young, curly haired young lady. She was the best part of our experience
Disappointed, to say the least. We've eaten here in the past and enjoyed our experience but not this time. We made a reservation but when we arrived apparently there system was down. We were seated outside in 45⁰ weather. We were relatively ok with this but it wasn't ideal. The patio has a windshield and heaters, but the windshield was partially open and not all of the heaters were working. There were long wait times between service. Our waitress would come, then disappear for an extended period. Half of what we ordered apparently wasn't available. Our waitress or other staff members came back multiple times to indicate that they were out of something and we needed a substitution. From when we were seated until we were finally able to place our dinner order it was about 20 minutes. It was then another 50 minutes until dinner arrived. I understand they were busy but that is an overly long wait to be served. When the food finally arrived, it was subpar. Again, we've eaten there in the past so I ordered something that I've enjoyed in the past. I did not enjoy it this time. It was to the point that 1. I decreased the tip (I'm a compulsive over tipper so this is a big deal) and 2. I got a replacement dinner at the movie theater (which we were late for but the time we finished our meal, but the theater exchanged our tickets thankfully)
The service was great. Most of the food was really good, but don't buy the corn. My wife ordered it, and we all tried it, but it was far from edible. We were there Sunday morning, and they were out of two of the appetizers we wanted to try and also out of blue cheese for their wings.
We had a large group for a birthday and it was lovely to be in a slightly separate area from the rest of the restaurant. Food was delightful as always.
Got my food to go, they forgot a sauce, a side, and the ribs were one of the soggiest, squishiest ribs I've ever had.

Seems like a nice place, but they were out of chicken breast, pretzel bites, baked potatoes, french fries. Kind of made it a bummer to try and figure out what to eat, and I definitely wish they offered mash potatoes!
I did a brisket bowl which was decent but the cornbread was a little dense and dry.
Open to trying it again however!

We did our work holiday here. Plenty of food. Excellent service. Best holiday space we’ve had for our group of 16 in years.

Decent BBQ but avoid the ribs. They were tough and hard to eat. Threw most of them away.

Took my wife here on a date night after recently moving to the area. Don’t think we will be returning. Service was awful we were seated and waited 15-20 for someone to come to the table. The bar tender had to come over to take our order. The food was dry and bland. The 17$ loaded baked potato had barely 10 small pieces of meat. My wife’s Mac and cheese tasted like soggy paper. The staff were more interested in their phones or conversations with one another. I’d go to Windfall which is also in this center. We have never been let down there.
