I loved loved loved the food here. But I don’t think they have heard of cleaning.
I always ignored the fingerprints on the windows and doors because honestly I’ve never had better PHO.
But the bathrooms are deplorable. No soap or paper towels in the public bathroom, bathroom was completely wet I don’t want to know from what. I told the employee and he said for me use employee. Sink absolutely awful, looked like someone took a shower after having a mud bath.

The employee told me I could use the employee bathroom while he tended to the guest bathroom then he came out with one glove on and was about to serve my food after he took off the glove so definitely didn’t wash his hands.
Honestly, writing this review makes my stomach
It was so disgusting. I literally washed my shoes before wearing them again.

I’m so sad but I won’t be coming back. I love the food, but was disgusted by the filth.

Please let me know if you are able to correct this and I will come back

The food is very rich. Whenever I pass by and have the time, I delight in a tasty dish. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This was hands down the yummiest pho. Bone marrow is a must, so freaking good.

This place is modernized inside which is a good thing. There you have to order and pay right away, it’s almost like a self serve type of restaurant. Not a big fan of that. This place doesn’t have a big menu, but we did came for pho, so it wasn’t big deal for us. Pho was on a sweet side, but that’s how we like it. It was flavorful and rich, spring rolls were good too. Bunh mi was on a dryer side though. The biggest minus of this restaurant was AC. It barely worked. Soup is hot and you sweat while eating because AC didn’t do really much.

Great pho, as always. Personally, it's my favorite pho spot I've been to.

Absolutely come try their pho & add oxtail! Oh my everything in that pho was SO good. It's on the pricer side but the quality is worth it!

What does a huge bowl of Pho, Ox tails, A beef Rib and bone marrow have in common?

You can get it here for $35

The pho alone is jam packed with juicy bone broth, seasoned noodles and a plethora of protein options. And that’s just a 15 bucks.

But if you want to flaunt or work on a swollen foot, go all the way. Tear into a beef rib. Pick at some juicy ox tails. Scoop out some bone marrow into the pho.

We have stopped in once a week since we found this place and can easily assure anyone who like Pho that this is the place.

Additionally, you can pick out your own vegetables garnishments which is great for the anti-jalapeño crowd (who I judge silently) or the pro-bean sprouts folks (who I also agree with) and the people who enjoy the lime-light.

Hands down, I think anyone would love this pace as we do.

Awesome Viet place with authentic food. As someone who loathes the typical American restaurant experience; it's refreshing and efficient to order at the counter. I really wish more places would adapt this type of system; pay, wait for your food at a table you select, eat, then clean up after yourself. The food is excellent and on par (and better) than many places you would find in Vietnam. The service was exquisite. Prices reasonable. Tai is a very friendly and well spoken young man with a good head on his shoulders. Thanks for the great experience.

Atmosphere: the restaurant was so hot inside. I did not enjoy my food cause I was sweating. There were a couple of big green Flies flying around and even landed on my table (unsanitary, not sure acceptable in restaurant business)
Food: the soup is very sweet not savory. I thought I was eating a desert.
Service: self service.

I had previously given this restaurant a 5 star rating but after this last visit, I don't think I'll ever be back. I went in today 5/31 for lunch with my husband. First of all, it was so hot in the restaurant but we like the food so we were able to look past that. When we went up to the counter, the young lady was so out of it she kept getting our order wrong. We finally paid and sat down, when the food was brought out, only one item was correct. We just gave up and ate what was given to us. It was horrible experience overall and not enjoyable one bit. We loved coming here before but it's gone downhill. Wouldn't recommend.

Hidden gem in the Arvada/Westminster area! Some of the best pho and noodle dishes in Colorado, and reasonably priced which is hard to find these days. Absolutely worth the drive from Denver!
