This is a very interesting ice cream shop I seem to remember seeing this kind of ice cream at flatirons Mall. Well, it’s not really your traditional ice cream. It was kind of cool to watch them make it and there’s lots of different choices, but I don’t think the value for the money is there it was kind of expensive , but it tasted good

I gave my daughter $5 to tip the young woman who made my daughter's ice cream and the "Man" in charge decided it was a communal tip apparently doing nothing but, taking and order you deserve part of the workers tip. I will not be going back disgusting behavior. Btw I paid $12.75

We visited here late August on a whim, searching for a new ice cream shop. Excited by the concept, but disappointed by the reality. First, when we walked into the place, as the only customers, the cashier just stared at us. It's also really complicated to order when you're unfamiliar, and the menu board is difficult to read/understand. So we stepped back from the counter and discussed what we wanted amongst ourselves. Still as the only customers in the place. The cashier then put her head down on the counter, started laughing to herself and seemingly complaining about us to herself, pretty loudly. Weird, awkward, rude, and unprofessional.
Finally we ordered, without a thank you or any other information. So we sat ourselves down at one of the few dingy tables and waited... Quite a while, again considering no one else was there. There were a bunch of employees carrying on loudly in the back room. A few minutes passed and someone actually came out to start making our order. In the meantime, another family came in and experienced basically the same level of service we did. After about 10 minutes, we finally had our two ice creams.
I was hoping the ice cream would make up for these issues. It didn't, especially at $10+ a piece. Won't be back.

Pictures looked good online, but I should have checked reviews first. Customer service was pretty all right, but the atmosphere felt dark dingy and dirty. Each ice cream is about $13 which is a bit pricey and definitely not worth the product. I ended up with it the end. Took 40 minutes to get my ice cream because there was a family in front and they have limited stations, plus the process is just time-consuming. After a placement order, there was zero communication as to where I was in line and how long it would take to get my ice cream then when it finally arrived, it felt very short of expectations. While waiting for the 40 minutes, I noticed how dirty and unprofessional the environment was. It was just a few kids playing techno music environment that hadn’t been cleaned in sometime. Definitely the intentions are good here just not executed properly. Would not spend $13 on another subpar ice cream that takes 40 minutes to deliver.

Very expensive and just not worth it. The taste was okay weird vibe in there definitely felt demonic.

First time in. Got sweet cream ice cream with fresh strawberries, pound cake, whipped cream. Delicious! Everything was fresh. Made right in front of you. Will be back.

Not very good.. at first the point of sale system wouldn’t work and they had to use a different card reader to take my money. Then they couldn’t make my order because it was found out that they had ran out of bananas. This after they had already made my daughters ice cream. I had to choose a different ingredient so by time I got mine my daughter was half way done with her ice cream. When I finally got my order instead of the ice cream spirals fitting in the cup nicely they were all smashed in the cup. The ice cream did taste good butt I was over priced for what we got. It was $22.78 for two people to have an ice cream dessert.
