The shrimp in the sushi roll had the skin on it and caused me to choke. The rest of the food was below average. Chicken lettuce wraps were sweet not savory.

The pick up wait time was supposed to be 15mins long, they made us wait for 1hr. I have never ever had to wait for one hour to get a simple pick up order. Kept telling us just another 5mins everytime we checked in on status. This is most blantant display of poor service.

I had to leave after waiting for over 45 minutes for our lunch order to get back to work - I let my party keep waiting for our order. And the wait staff did nothing to apologize or check in while we just kept waiting. It was not busy, 2 -3 other tables of people.

We have been coming to this restaurant since it opened and it used to be one of our favorites, sadly every-time we come it gets worse and worse to the point we will never come back. It took 15 minutes to get edamame’s and my cocktaiil before I had to get up and ask the manager what was going on. She never did come to the table to apologize or see how the meal was going after that. The rolls did not taste fresh, we ordered a $25 miso salmon meal that was clearly a thin frozen fish filet and tasted awful. The place is so run down and dirty it’s scary thinking what the kitchen looks like. Torn seats, pealing tables, trash crammed in the sides of the booth. What was once a high scale delicious place to eat, and still charges like it is, is now a run down dirty sad excuse for even fast food quality and service. Do not waste your time or money, we certainly won’t be any longer.

Food was bland and overpriced for the volume and quality. Server was very kind and the right amount of attentive.

Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options, but they are clearly labeled

Dietary restrictions: Allergies not clearly marked on menu

Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide and can accommodate a wheelchair, but there is no button to open them. Seating towards the front of the restaurant is open enough for a chair to get around, but I'm not sure about the back

Leaving incredibly disappointed, I'm not even sure where to start. Our server was lovely, apart from that I can't say anything else was good. We ordered three different rolls and they all were incredibly bland. They were falling apart and the tuna in one roll completely fell out as one solid, compressed ball of what tasted and looked like dry, canned tuna. The rolls were dry and seemed like they were made hours ago. The prices they charge is offensive for what you get and I've never thought of sushi as gross, but this was actually gross. I'm honestly upset at how much we payed, just to leave disgusted. I'm nauseous and will not be returning. I'd never tell anyone to come here. So so disappointed and upset at the amount we were charged for this.

Probably some of the worst sushi I’ve had around here. Everything was bland, the tuna was very dry and felt like it was from a can, the toppings were messy and had the texture of a wet sock. If you’re looking for more authentic sushi or even some trendy American fusion sushi, this is NOT the place.

Left so disappointed. We got 5 different rolls and they did not taste fresh. The kids meals were a good value and a hit with the kids, but the two rolls that were $17 dollars each were drown in sauce and were not the quality we have had in the past, even metallic tasting . Dust on the walls and blinds left the atmosphere lacking. Our waitress was kind and tried to fix the rolls we ordered even blaming herself for them not being fresh. 1/5. I would not come back.
