Way too busy/crowded, and not my scene. It was a Saturday night, to be fair, and a local big-name band was there, so I understand the crowd. I'm 45 and felt like a looked down upon teenager among a group of snobs. Maybe your experience will be better, but this just wasn't the place for me. My friend and myself lasted maybe 10 minutes inside, slowly made our way to the back where the band was playing, and decided it just wasn't our vibe. And the final nail in the coffin for us was noticing the stuffed mountain lion lit up on display above the bar. We're very protective of all life forms, and advocate on behalf of those who don't have a voice, and aside from how thoughtless and offensive such a trophy like this one is, and I'm sure I speak for other vegan and vegetarians that must surely find their way into this establishment, but aside from that, it was just...... Bazaar. Idk, whatever. It's why we chose to leave. To their credit, every employee member we encountered was very polite and helpful. Also admission was free and there was no wait or line, at 9 pm so that was nice.

I’ve been coming here for years and love this place. Great happy hour and friendly staff. The burgers are also great. There is plenty of room for me to bring both of my young kids too. As a LEO this restaurant is also a proud supporter of police and was one of the few businesses that still supported police when the state went crazy in 2020. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for decent food and friendly atmosphere.

We had a fantastic visit to Hoffbrau Restaurant in Westminster. We used to go there when we lived in Arvada. The food was always excellent and the servers were always very good. This visit our server was Seattle. She went far above and beyond any server we have ever had. She was courteous, attentive, extremely nice and friendly. She made sure are drinks were always full and after we were served our fajitas, she checked to make sure we had everything we needed and checked to see if we needed anything additional. Her personality is exceptional and no matter what we asked for she delivered it in a timely, and courteous manner. We were amazed at her level of service as today seems to have more and more young people who don’t seem to know the rules of what service is supposed to be. We were so impressed with her that I simply decided she needed to be recognized for such exceptional service. We will definitely return to Hoffbrau because of the level of service we received. The food was good as we had remembered it to be but the service was far beyond good, it was exceptional. We wish everyone we come in contact with when we dine out was as excellent as the level Seattle provides. I hope that the people in charge read this and recognize her because good people are hard to find.
