They messed up my order and I had one meal sit there for 45 minutes while the other food was being prepared. Don't expect the combination plates to be the same. If you change the white rice to fried rice, it's a completely different meal, not including pork, beef or an egg roll.

A wonderful small place! Good cuisine at a reasonable price with excellent service and parking.We received our dinner really promptly, which shocked me! We ordered the pork egg rolls, which came with four tiny ones but were delicious and just what we had been craving.I ordered the kids' pho because I wasn't very hungry. Little did I know that it was just chicken, noodles, and broth, but it was delicious none the less.My spouse had the delicious sesame chicken! The size of the meal astonished me; there was a ton of chicken, a big scoop of rice, and some vegetables on the side.

I always try the pho broth first to determine whether I might come back and I can assure you that I would come back to Hot Pho. I would give the broth a solid 8 out of 10. It is savory and tasty but just a little too oily for me. Not a big deal.The gentlemen serving the food was really friendly and attentive to all our needs. Customer service just such a long ways and this man just exudes quality customer care.One downfall: Bathroom was not clean. It would make a huge difference if someone took a clean rag and wiped the bathroom door down a bit. I am not a big fuss maker but cleanliness affects health. That is the reasons why I would give the atmosphere score of 3 stars.Otherwise, I recommend this place if you are craving some good broth and on top of that, great customer service.

It’s a small neighborly hole-in-the-wall with exceptional service and food. The owners and workers are really nice, friendly, and attentive every time I go there. And they really hook up the vegetarian/diet restrictive crowd with the handful of garnishes for their veggie pho! And, as simple as it is, their Thai milk tea is so good. It’s a great place and as I’ll go as far as to say, it’s the best pho place in Westminster. Absolutely recommend!
