Always have fast service, good food and some of the sweetest servers. Highly recommend this place. Sherry is my all time favorite waitress. She is always attentive and kind.

Our server (Crystal) was the best. Did not have to wait on anything, refills were on time and dirty plates picked up fast. We have never had a bad time here.

Just love this place!! Of course, the food depends on how you make it and what you select, but the sauce flavors are excellent, the cooks are engaged, and the place is clean. That’s all you can really ask for!!!

Got there no one to seat you. We thought we had to seat ourselves. Server comes over for drinks after we already sat down. We asked for to go cups for the big sodas she gave the kids. No to go cups. Last time we were there we got to go cups. I wanted to pay server just walked past and ignored us had to put my hands up to service over to our table to pay. We will go back for the food service needs improvement more tips.

I’ve been to Huhot dozen of times and this was the only location that I would never come back to. When we came in, we were standing near the hostess stand for about 10 minutes waiting to be greeted. Keep in mind it’s a slow Monday at 6pm. When we finally sat down, it took our server another 10 minutes to even talk to us and she seemed irritated. I use to be a server so I understand wanting to finish your shift and go home but damn. It took her ANOTHER 10 minutes to even get drinks to the table even though there was only maybe 13-15 other customers. When we went to get food, the selection was amazing as always! However, the cook only cooked our food for maybe a minute and a half. So when we sat down, everything was either lukewarm or cold. We had chicken, fish, and pork in our bowls which could make people SICK if it’s not fully cooked so we decided not to eat it. Our server never checked on us until it came to the check, she literally was out of sight & out of mind the whole time and was just not friendly. Huhot is one of my favorite spots to go but I’m being so serious when I say GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION AND NOT THIS ONE.

Always a good experience. Great selection of types of food and sauces. I'm not sure how they magically keep track of of your dinner on the grill but it turns out Great every time. My only concern is the lack of hair nets used by the staff at the grill during my last visit.

Been here a couple times and it's just not for us. The food was often cooked too long, so all your sauce cooks away. Felt like i needed a "soup" in my bowl just to ensure i had some sauce on the food. This might just be personal preference but it wasn't for me each time I went here. Actual taste is pretty good if you can get some sauce to come through.

You have to have an idea of what to expect. You pick your food buffet style and they cook it for you there in front of you.

Make sure you get at least 5 or 6 scoops of sauce, otherwise it will be super dry. Ask me how I know..

Just kinda meh on the food. The cooks were obviously tired and let alot of the sauce burn and didn't cook the veggies long enough. Good for what it was but eventually just turned into a bowl of meat and sauce because that's all that would come prepared adequately. Can't fault em too much, bet that job blows.

Worst place to go to for a Mongolian grill, especially after letting the serve know this is our first time ever coming and we still ended up getting charged after only being offered that they had ONLY Mac and cheese and tenders for a kids meal. The manager after requesting to speak to them was so shaky and very rude and inconsiderate. They are both very uneducated and unprofessional work staff that don’t deserve to even work at a place like that. With it not even being busy and getting told cant even take the food home after the experience were already having. So ridiculous for the price of it and outcome. This place is not even mid. Bad Mongolian grill was always our go to this is the only reason we went. Had a voucher for birthday and got questioned by server about it after letting server know id show an id of birthday proof and the app and they made it look like they put their own promo still which they didn’t because it’s still in my app and that’s for us to be questioned on my fiancés birthday thats so embarrassing, I mean can you imagine ? Such a horrible experience. Uneducated STAFF. Didn’t even receive my side of bowl of rice either.
