Waited in the drive thru to order for 5 minutes before she came back to take my order.

Got home to find the burger missing from the jr cheeseburger.

The night time employees were rude and quickly rushing us then took forever to bring the food we ordered 6 tacos, some weren't even filled like normal, barely had anything in them and the shells were burned and way too crunchy then normal.

No Jack in the Box where we now live. We have missed Jack in the Box and was happy to see one in Colorado.

Go to Jack n the box all the time. Last 4 times I had to wait for a long period of time in the parking lot for my order. Just food for 1 person. Last time was 20 min for a few tacos and a chicken sandwich. This location has gone downhill and it remains consistent.

Not bad. First time. Burgers are alright.

Placed an order from GrubHub and driver advised no order received. Tried to call the restaurant and record a recorded message that no one can take the call.

The foods good and the people are cool but wow are they ungodly slow. Like 20 minutes for an order slow. And they're not even trying to pick up the pace. I waited a couple visits to say anything but now its like they really don't even try, they couldn't be bothered to get orders out at a reasonable speed. It's ridiculous. Sorry.

Food is terrible

I tried this one day because it was so close to me. Everything was stale. It's hard to make fries stale. You have to leave them out for a long time. There was nothing about my experience that would take me back. My girlfriend, one two other occasions also had stale food.
Seriously, don't make it until someone orders it. Best way to make it not stale.
