Jack In The Box

2 tacos is all I ordered, with no one in the drive thru. I had to pull around and wait an additional 8 minutes. 2 cars were already waiting for who knows how long? Not worth the $2 I spent for tacos.

Was just inside and noticed the shake machine was down. Soda machine was void of choices in lobby and there was one and a half employees (technically there were three but one was counting gloves instead of prepping food) the person manning the fryer dropped fries in the shoot then picked them up and put them back into the carton.

This place sux muck dik. Super slow, and can't get orders correct. What do they even pay you for? Catch flies in your mouth?

What a pathetic excuse of taco vendors you guys are. 17 minutes for two orders of tacos. Thought that was a wets specialty making tacos. Trump needs to throw you guys back to Mexico. White is right. White makes your food right.

Food is always good here. They haven’t forgot anything yet. The only thing is I always go through the drive through and they park me so I have to wait for my food.

Decided to stop by and dine in .. it was a very hot day. As soon as we walked in every table was dirty, floors were not swept, all the condiments/napkins were empty. Soda machine had little ice. And they had no ac running in the dining area(not sure if they even have ac near the kitchen area) it took about 3-4 mins for someone to come upfront and take my order. I’ve been to this location before many times and it was always clean, cool idk what has happened but it looks pretty rundown, it was definitely tough to enjoy our meal with how hot it was.

Not all employees can open a register to take an order? Just don't even try at this place for breakfast

Just bruh yall suck 🤦🏽‍♂️ this one combo would’ve taken them 1hr of work to afford for themselfs. I didn’t work for something im not enjoying and to top it off, I asked for no ranch I dislike ranch on my burgers 💀

So ordered my food through the Jack in the Box app told me it’d be delivered at 10:11 the driver picked up my order. It never showed up. The driver sat in the parking Lot of Jack-in-the-Box until about 10:40 then came to my apartments and never dropped off the order when I seen his car he just bolted off i’ve been trying to get the refund almost $40 now and I just keep getting all you need to call Jack in the Box. You need to call DoorDash. I’ve called them both and neither one of them have done anything for me. DoorDash said they refunded the money back to Jack-in-the-Box and Jack-in-the-Box told me that they’d call me back and still haven’t heard back from them update I spoke to Damien 2 days ago he said he was gonna refund me my money never did n now won’t answer me I don’t recommend this place at all don’t ever use there app

Ordered sauced loaded tiny tacos, got them with no sauce after I asked before paying if they were ordered right so he could fix it on the payment screen. Assured me they were, and were completely wrong. Why lie instead of just fixing it before making me go around again?

A fast food burger shop. Sauce is good on burgers. Fries will need you to salt them due to none on them.
