The lady wasn't listening when I was ordering then she was rude at the window .I also had to be parked for my food for it to be made she said then it was cold definitely not worth $56not coming back here

I love this place. One of the women who works there, I think she is a manager, I haven’t learnt her name yet but she is awesome. My boyfriend and I always come thru and whenever she’s there she is an angel and very kind to us. We look forward to seeing her and I’m going to ask her name next time I go! And our order is ALWAYS correct!
I usually love Jack in the box amd has been to this location several times as it is the closest one to Iongmont however we waited and waited for food only to have the employee come out with 2 other orders plus ours. So not only did we have to wait for our food we also had to wait for the cars behind me food too. Totally unacceptable and poor time management on the behalf of late night team. Do better Jack in he box..

The place was dirty, and the air dryer in the women's bathroom didn't work. The cheese on my burger was cold. Hopefully, this location can turn it around. The gentleman who took our order was very nice.
