Delivery driver requested tip before he would give us our food.
I was already planning on tipping but gee not a good look for food that is okay at best

Wantons a bit small, but good food, I'll go back
I tipped online through Chow Now and have a digital copy of my receipt. Driver from Jackie Chans shows up and doesn't want to give me my food without a tip. He had some random receipt showing no tip. I looked at what I was charged with my bank card and the tip was on there. My husband gave him an additional tip but it ruined my appetite and I will NOT order there again because of this practice.
I use to love this place. It’s really gone downhill. The sesame chicken was soggy. Szechuan beef had barely any beef and no flavor

The staff are wonderful and the cook so accommodating. Not a menu item but when I told them what I wanted they created it with no fuss! It was just an egg drop soup with wonton spicy, but they made it better than my former go to for Chinese. The fried rice was so fresh, it was divine. My absolute new favorite!

Delicious, fresh, and fast. Cant beat Jackie Chans for Chinese in the area! Tender white meat chicken, plenty of veggies, you can tell the quality is top notch! Don’t be wary of its hole in the wall look and location, you won’t regret trying them
My favorite place in the area.

We regularly get take-out from here. The egg drop soup is delicious and you get a lot of food for the price. The staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend this place!

Made a roughly $120 (not including driver tip) ubereats order on the 18th to feed 4 adults and 1 small child. Huge waste of money, none of the food was good, the chicken was old, and there were mandatory upcharges in the form of forcing you to add egg rolls or wontons to every dish. Most of the food was thrown away rather than eaten.
It would've been around half the price or less to feed everyone panda express and it honestly would've tasted better and been fresher - a better use of money by far.
(I am aware that prices on uber are more expensive, and maybe the forced sides are exclusive to uber but the food was still terrible.)

Fantastic food, probably the best Chinese north Denver. Restaurant has been around for years. Staff is friendly, accommodating and makes exceptional food 🥑

I ordered sweet and sour chicken through Uber Eats the other night and got terribly sick a couple hours after eating. The chicken was way over fried, hard and just gross. You can tell oil was old that it was fried in. I will never ever order from here again. A friend of mine got sick after eating their food in the past as well.

They raise the prices but the quantity is smaller, and they serve it on plastic plates to take away so you can dine inside.
