Great customer service and good food as well. I ordered delivery to the wrong address. And the delivery driver tried calling me several times. When I called an hour later, I realized my mistake. He said he would make me fresh food and brought it by right away.
I am honestly baffled by the poor reviews for this place. I live nearby and this is my go to place for Chinese take out. The delivery is always absurdly fast, and I’ve never had anything that wasn’t tasty. This past year for my birthday I ordered a smorgasbord of whatever I wanted from them and I can’t think of anything I was disappointed in. This place is way better than a scoop restaurant. The food is more East Coast Chinese American style and the first place I’ve found in Colorado that makes their chicken and broccoli with brown sauce, rather than that imo totally unappetizing clear goop they use everywhere else here.
I live nearby and order all the time. Delivery is always ridiculously fast, and I haven’t had anything that wasn’t tasty.
