Probaly one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Place was empty empty no one but me. I apparently walked up to the “pickup “ counter and not the order counter. Lady was so rude about it. Just terriable customer service. Honestly should be fired! People are sick of bad customer service! When are they going to realize their job depends on customers. Now I’m not paying this gives customers the right to be a holes but if the worker is rude to begin with gloves are off. Customer service is gone in this country and I for one am done. No customer service not getting my money from now on that’s it!! To many other places.

I've been going to this Jamba juice for years getting the same order every time. This time there was a new supposedly "manager" that didn't know the menu or anything. Charged me an extra $7 dollars for fresh orange juice to be added to my normal drink. I double checked with multiple other locations and they said it's a .50 cent upcharge only. Also, I asked for no bananas and they added it anyway. Trash!!!!

We enter the store the one employee was stalking fruit. She proceeded to complete her stocking. Leaving us waiting to order with no one in line for five minutes. Once we placed our order she proceeded to take other customers orders. Than she made three drinks prior to making ours. Ridiculous I will never visit a Jamba Juice again.
The employees are so wonderful. My issue is the fact that customers are paying for Jambas advertising. Are you kidding me? Since when do you charge your customers for your advertising costs? This expense should come out of your profits. I read another review on here about the greed. This is ridiculous. The only reason I continued with my purchase is because I had a gift card. I won’t be paying for your advertising.

**NOTE: This 1-star review has absolutely nothing to do with the products or service received here!!*This is strictly regarding the atmosphere of the store… More specifically: The poor working conditions of these employees at this store.This store has been without A/C (air conditioning) for an entire MONTH now. We are in the middle of June, with temperatures rising to the 90s, and the best this store can provide for their hard-working employees is a small little bedroom fan sitting on the floor?! It was hotter inside the store than it was outside, and with zero air circulation whatsoever. Asking employees to work in these conditions shows nothing but greediness… I’d respect a “CLOSED FOR A/C REPAIRS” sign on the front door a whole lot more!!The employees at this store have all provided such great service every single time I’ve been here… They deserve so much better than this!!!

Maneuvering my car in and out feels like a smoothie-drinking obstacle course, but hey, it's all part of the Jamba Juice experience, right?Once inside, the store is as clean as a freshly blended smoothie - sparkling and inviting. Despite the parking lot shenanigans, the friendly staff and easy online ordering make it all worth it. The working conditions are unacceptable. It was atrociously hot with no AC, I can’t imagine how much hotter it must be working with the machines. The employee has no help and is struggling to keep up with the amount of people continuously walking in. Provide better conditions for hard working staff and give them more support.

YOUR EMPLOYEES ON 4/24 were working in conditions that are unacceptable. Waiting on AC parts is not an environment they should work in. Customers were also uncomfortable. I would have rather walked up to a sign on the window stating they did not have working conditions. Obviously WITH PAY for your employees. This rating is for the Owner NOT employees.

Absolutely love this Jamba Juice location! The staff is super friendly and are very efficient even when there's only one of them & they're slammed with orders.They always make my favorite (peanut butter moo'd) flawlessly.Highly recommend this location

1:30pm on a Saturday - 10 min wait at an empty front counter with no other in store customers. Even made eye contact but not a peep to say “we’ll be right with you”. Order then took 20min to prepare and was missing items, and one incorrectly prepared. Atmosphere was not welcoming, service was poor, food was ok. Don’t waste your time

We went in and ordered our drinks and 2 sweet pretzels. We never recieved the pretzels. I tried to call but no one ever answered. So now I'm out that money and anyone that goes to Jamba knows they are not cheap. The girl that worded did not seem like she liked her job or appreciated our service. The other lady in the back never came up to help her. I have.never had this bad of service at this location.

Went in with a bunch of boys hanging out with the worker. The worker (who had a rosary tattoo on her finger) was very rude. Told me to hold on with an attitude and after 5 minutes of waiting patiently and her just tapping away on her screen I asked if there was a system issue. She just rolled her eyes and said i don’t know and nothing else. I just left without getting anything and the boys went back to talking to the worker. Very bad service.
