Japon has by far some of the best and freshest sushi around. Our whole family enjoys dinner at Japon over many fancier restaurants in Thornton or Boulder. The owners are truly lovely people who take pride in a clean, friendly and well managed restaurant. I can always trust the freshness of the fish and ALWAYS count on a warm and friendly experience. I love the great lunch specials as well.

This restaurant is now called Sushi Star, and there were so many yummy options on their All-You-Can-Eat menu!!! We stuffed ourselves silly last night with delicious, quality sushi. I really enjoyed the salmon skin roll, Caterpillar, and Hawaiian rolls. My husband ate a bunch of the kitchen items - gyoza, chicken and beef dishes, and 4 more rolls. All was flavorful and nicely presented, for an awesome inclusive price. Staff was super friendly as well.

This place is wow. Food is so appetizing. Nice hospitality. Nice team. They will make sure your stomach is not empty. Good food, good team, good effort. Most importantly it is worth investing your money in healthy place and food.
