I used to love Jersey Mike's and would order delivery and pickup all the time. Recently they forgot my giant sub in a delivery order. When I called to remedy the situation, the employee who talked to me on the phone was completely disrespectful, did not apologize, talked down to me, and hung up on me. To think that Jersey Mike's is the one who made the mistake and then proceeded to treat me like absolute trash is insane. There are a ton of sandwich options in Colorado, go to any of them before this store. They don't care about their customers at all.

Came in 2-22 and the gal making the sandwiches was super sweet… but the guy slicing meats with eyebrow piercings needs to take a lesson on how to talk to co workers. Seriously props to the girl for keeping her chill.
