Jersey Mike's Subs

I paid almost $25 for a sando n bag of chips. Didn't get the chips or oil n vinegar on the side. Plus my sando was pretty much a lettuce sub. Ridiculous.

I ordered on the app and specifically said oil and vinegar, on the side. I have cancerv and can't eat a whole sandwich, and don't like it to get too soggy.

This location has messed up my delivery order twice in recent time. It’s not hard to read a receipt and see chicken and not beef

Great place for a quick meal staff was amazing and worked like a well oiled machine

They only had one type of bread when I went in

I have heard that jersey mikes are franchised which would explain why this particular location was not anywhere as good as previous jersey mikes subs l've had from other locations.

I really love jersey mikes but this location always tends to mess up my order and the subs just dont taste as good. The vibe of the employees is also very cold. The guy had AirPods in and when I came in he didn't really acknowledge me, greet me, or smile/say hi. I had to go out of my way to get his attention (and there was literally nobody else in the restaurant) Sounds like I'm not the only one that had this experience after reading other reviews.

The sub was sub par compared to when l've had JM from other spots. It just wasn’t made the same way as it was when I’ve had it elsewhere. They forgot my side condiment request and used the wrong bread.

All while I tipped them on the online order beforehand too.

Hopefully whoever runs this particular franchise takes notice and makes some adjustments. I have hope that this will happen. I believe in second chances and hope to come back soon!

This location reversed our order of white bread and wheat bread for our sandwiches. One has mayo and one has mustard so we can't just switch them ourselves. I can't eat wheat bread, so thanks JM. :(

Jess and James made my night here. They make a fire Buffalo chicken, and a delicious simple sub. Great customer service.

It's so nice of management to let the make line employees wear airpods. They messed up both of our sandwiches and the sandwhich of the gentleman behind us. Its almost like you need to hear what people are ordering. Weird

Chose to eat here because of the quality but find this plastic in my sandwich??? Seriously?

It was made on time and the people were nice but I could easily not noticed this.
