Chose to eat here because of the quality but find this plastic in my sandwich??? Seriously?

It was made on time and the people were nice but I could easily not noticed this.

Made fresh & served as requested. Everything's made very fresh. We have been enjoying it this year & will continue once or twice month. Quicker service if u use their app. No complaints, will return.

I always love the food at Jersey Mikes, but mid afternoon this location was not busy. The staff didn’t seem preoccupied, yet every single table was un-wiped and crumby and greasy. Every table.

Legitimately the worst workers, consistently, in all of fast food. They genuinely don't care to listen to your order, and of course get your order wrong! If you want to be convinced robots should be taking over fast food work, then come visit this Jersey

I don’t often write bad reviews but this one upset me. We went in 8/16 around 5pm. When we walked in the guy working said their system was down and online order was all they could do. I had no problem with that and started our order online. Once we submitted it, the worker sitting in the lobby sighed and said what is it now and was talking to his coworker about how he doesn’t want to make these sandwiches. Another customer walked in and did the same thing and when his order came through that same guy sighed again saying this is such a complicated order. Then he proceeded to ask his coworker or manager to lock the doors so no more people would come in. That guy ended up locking the door and when we left they were not very friendly after handing us our order. Not to mention they messed up our order ?

We love Jersey Mike’s but will not be back to this location. Ordered ahead by about 10 min. When I walked my order ticket was sitting on the counter with no employees around. Sandwiches were not started until after I asked for my order. The store felt very dirty. The worst part, our sandwiches were terrible. The bread was very stale. It tasted days old.

I visited the afternoon of June 23. Three really hard working younger employees provided fast and friendly service for my order of two sandwiches, all while slicing deli meats efficiently and keeping the restaurant tidy. I was impressed with their work ethics and skill.
