Jersey Mike's Subs

Of all the jersey mikes I go to over the years this is the slowest with the worst quality food. And they refuse to answer their phone which is how I’ve ordered from jersey mikes for over 10 years.

I like JM but this location desperately needs new management. It's always dirty, the meat portions are smaller than other locations, the bread is hard, and they don't require their employees to wear hair restraints, especially in the case of one female employee with a huge head of wild curly hair. Like Sideshow Bob style.
This is a significant health violation and she should not be doing anything other than working the register unless management is going to ensure she complies with food preparation hair restraint requirements.

I wish I could put a -5 this food was horrible I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich which was good but something is terribly wrong with the pickles when they got like chemicals or something in it tried getting on this line to call them to get the phone number they refused to answer and the messages full nasty nasty pickles like chemicals and something else is wrong with it and they're serving it to people and refused to answer the phone all day and just keep serving it like what was that about I won't be in here no more

I just tried to place an order and the delivery fee plus charges is 8 dollars with a decent tip of 4 bucks thats 12. Ten service charges add 3.40. I am paying more for this to delivery than ive paid for the sando. Its 2.5 miles away. I can drive but do not want to (hince door dash). I will get my own sandwich and not from you guys.

Really good Philly cheesesteak! The prices are reasonable compared to other places, and the store is clean. I love that they cook and slice the cheese right in front of customers.
Definitely recommend!

The girls that work there do not greet customers, they just look at you when you say hello. The place is really dirty which made me question the food quality.

I paid almost $25 for a sando n bag of chips. Didn't get the chips or oil n vinegar on the side. Plus my sando was pretty much a lettuce sub. Ridiculous.

I ordered on the app and specifically said oil and vinegar, on the side. I have cancerv and can't eat a whole sandwich, and don't like it to get too soggy.

This location has messed up my delivery order twice in recent time. It’s not hard to read a receipt and see chicken and not beef
