I came in tonight. I know I came in extremely close to them closing. The 2 gentlemen that were working were very unfriendly and one of them had already started my order before telling me. They already threw away the onions and tomato’s. With half the sandwich already done. I felt obligated to allow him to finish. And pay. I will not be coming back to this location. This ruined my experiences with Jersey mikes. I spent SEVENTEEN dollars. For one sandwich. With no tomato. Or onion.

I walked in today at 6:45 we haven’t tried it before and were exited. But this girl with glasses had the worst attitude first we pulled up and shes sitting on the counter we already got our doubts just from seeing that. Then as we proceeded to walk in she then LAYS DOWN on the counter and as we walk in she says “oh welcome in” with a terrible attitude! So we said she had a terrible attitude and we were walking out and she was smirking and laughing with the other guy on shift! This was really sad to experience!

Ordered two sandwiches. The staff person left all of the ingredients off that I asked for except for lettuce and mayo and mustard. Didn’t even put the bacon on my #9. Staff person was SUPER rude! Can’t believe I paid for these half made sandwiches! Will not be going back to this store for sure!

Absolutely love this place, great food and so consistent. Only gripe is the super rude girl with the crazy makeup. In a horrible mood, every time I go in, it's almost impressive. Great style but terrible attitude. Cheer up, life ain't so bad! 🙃
Emma seemed to be bothered by helping at me. She smirked and didn’t say a word when handing me my receipt. I guess once it was my first time in, she thought I was asking stupid questions maybe. The other girl was very nice and explained what “Mike’s way” meant. Emma needs some friendly customer service training.
