Four employees all in the back on their phones. Only two people in the place eating. Every table was filthy as well as the floor. Employees have attitude and are bothered by the fact that they have to do their job. Sink clogged with water running in the bathroom and was almost overflowing. Employee could care less. I think management needs to take a look at this place.

Twice in the last week I have used the app, but not received the sun that I ordered. They make me something completely different and I don’t notice right away because I order pickup for my busy schedule I have received no reply from complaints to managers, so pretty much they just don’t care about service.

Don’t waste your time at the jersey mikes on 88th, just drive the extra few mins to this location. They CARE and it SHOWS. Big ups to the girl with the gauges. Love her attitude and banter and straight up expertise on how to make a sub worth enjoying.

When we come in from out of town I always look forward to at least one lunch with a Jersey Mikes Big Kahuna Chicken sandwich since they are not available where we live. Today we ordered to go and when we reached the hotel found that I was given the incorrect sandwich. It was not convenient to return to the restaurant so I ate what I received but it was really disappointing to say the least. The food and the service has always been good and we will continue to order from this shop but going forward we will verify our orders before leaving.

I recently visited this Jersey Mike's location and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring that my order was made exactly to my liking. DeAngelo, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my meal. The sandwiches were fresh, flavorful, and generously filled with high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was inviting, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was impeccable. Overall, I highly recommend this Jersey Mike's location, especially if you're lucky enough to be served by DeAngelo.

My dad and I ordered three subs. They completely screwed me and my dad’s subs up and put what he wanted in my sub, being jalapeños and mushrooms, toppings I cannot eat at all. The kid at the register also looked like he didn’t know what he was doing and failed to put in our gift card at first. Needless to say, we will not be returning here.
