Iāve been to this location many times and have always had a good experience. Today I went in got my sandwich as usual got all my fixings and asked for bacon to be added to my sandwich. I didnāt see the guy making the sandwich add the bacon since I was checking out. The lady at the register rung me up added the up charge for the bacon paid and everything was good until I got home and realized I was charged for bacon that isnāt on my sandwich. In this economy I need my bacon especially if I paid extra for it.

This location is beyond filthy. The employees use the same gloves to prepare food and operate the cash register. Disgusting!
The girl with the pink blonde ish hair and the snakebite piercings is really rude, I asked her if the company SHE WORKS FOR was sizzling plater. I know the chains the for sizzling plater because I work at one of the chains. She said no. Like how do you not know the company YOU WORK FOR? We then sat down and the entire time she was looking over and giving my family and I mean / rude looks. Honestly, if you are going to be rude and ruin the atmosphere of the shop donāt come in. It looked like her co workers were so tired of her attitude as well. Also when you are working cover your tattoos, PLEASE donāt show your chest to show off the tattoos itās really unprofessional.

Four employees all in the back on their phones. Only two people in the place eating. Every table was filthy as well as the floor. Employees have attitude and are bothered by the fact that they have to do their job. Sink clogged with water running in the bathroom and was almost overflowing. Employee could care less. I think management needs to take a look at this place.
