Wait staff only came if we called, worst ever

Have plenty non dairy options

Went for lunch buffet. Food selection seems limited compared to pre-pandemic. Wasn't very busy for lunch. The restaurant needs some cleaning or updating. However, what we ate did taste good.

Mediocre/no-frills lunch buffet ($17.95 per person).

The dining room is very warm, and they were quite pushy with the bussing and check to try to get us to leave. Not a place you’d want to be at for a relaxing, afternoon meal.

Worst buffet, I have ever eaten. The veg food was tasteless.

We went and tried their buffet today - I will say, they have a lot of options! However, everything was very bland. I understand that they keep the spices to a more mild side (Americans are wimps and afraid of spices). But indian food should be bold and big flavors. We tried the plain naan and cheese naan, both were meh. We drove an hour just to try this one and, while it was yummy, it wasn't enough to bring us back across town for.
The staff was very friendly and quick on their feet. The building was clean and easy to find. Ample parking and plenty of tables.

I discovered this wonderful restaurant in the early 2000s probably around 2001 and was so delighted and ecstatic to see that they had a buffet for lunch. That was a great price! Back then it was $11.95 today. It's $15.95 which is still a great price! The duel of India has one of the best Indian food buffets I have found in the city and surrounding areas of the Denver metro area! I've tried restaurants in Aurora, Littleton, Denver, Lakewood, Englewood, etc. + the Jewel of India has the best selection. Everything from their mint chutney to dandoori chicken straight from the tandoori oven, their bosmati rice, but the other rice that includes saffron, green beans, carrots. And of course the desserts of the donut balls in the syrup. The yogurt, fruit and rice pudding! Definitely worth the drive and the price is wonderful. Oh and plenty of naan to soak up all the juices. I like to eat it with the Saag!!!

Best Indian restaurant in town! Nicest staff, amazing naan. They do everything well and I love eating local.

This was one of my absolute favorite places to go until last night 2/28/2025. Sat down for dinner and seen a pregnant mouse come out from underneath the booth by the bathroom. Didn't believe what I had seen until it ran out in front of the waitress while she was bringing out our food🤢 We still had to pay for the food too after telling them we had just seen a mouse, they brought out rice pudding as if that would help the situation. Who would want to eat the food after seeing a mouse? I gladly paid for the meal just because I know that I will never dine here again sadly. Disgusted and saddened by this as I genuinely liked coming here.

Unfortunately gone down hill. The food is too rich and creamy. Not typical true Indian prepared food.

One of the best Indian restaurant I have been to. I have been to several Indian restaurants but nothing can beat its service and food. I go here a lot with my family and every time the staff is so welcoming and the food is phenomenal. Definitely worth your time and money!!

Amazing food! Their Chicken Curry is fantastic. Choose your spice level. We like it hot 🔥. Try it with some garlic Naan bread, mmmmmm. You'll be back for sure.

Wonderful meal and service. We left totally stuffed. The pakoras, chicken curry, tandoori chicken, nan, rice pudding and chai were as good as it gets. Not a single bite that was less than stellar. Cannot wait to return! Its a hidden gem no doubt.
