I frequent this location and Tiffany and Toshia are always so friendly and welcoming. This last Thursday I went in to try a toasted sandwich and Anniya made me a delicious sandwich. All three ladies provided me with great customer service and helped me with my car because it broke down in the parking lot. They were amazing to me in a stressful situation.

The night crew girls are rude always giving dirty looks horrible attitudes horrible customer service. The bread is so hard it cut my lip while trying to eat. This would be the second time with the same girls and same experience. 11/21/2025 after 6pm. We normally love going to this location the day shift crew has amazing customer service and sandwiches are amazing.

Sonia and Jaden were amazing! I really needed a good experience as I have been in the hospital with my grandma all day (she is okay now) but either way it’s been allot and I needed a break and a bite this was a perfect little pit stop for me and I enjoyed the company and conversation! The place was spotless and the sandwich tastes amazing !!

Normally I would never rate a 1 star but man what a rough experience me and my father had at this Jimmy John’s… Didn’t get her name but the girl with glasses working Saturday night was super blunt, not friendly & seemed very unhappy to assist us or even work there. Yes we bought the food and it was great but the way she took our order was rude & disrespectful. Hope she can find some happiness.

Service at this location was horrid. The young ladies working had the worst attitude and made people's orders out of order. A couple ordered after me and got their sandwiches first. I waited 25mins for a sandwich. There's a better location right down the street. Go there!

We went here for a quick dinner and got a couple of sandwiches to go. Employees friendly and helpful. Food was poor. Worst was the bread, it was tough and barely edible. Could barely bite through the bottom half of the roll. Bottom was overcooked and partially burned. Removed the sandwich fixings and used my own bread.
Love us some jimmy johns. Delvered on time for wedding rehersal. Fast, fresh, always consistent!

This is the worst jimmy John's I've ever been to. The employees are terrible and have no idea what customer service means, they are monotone and all have attitudes and suck at their job. Especially the short blonde girl. I ordered two sandwiches and asked to remove one item and they couldn't even get that right even after i asked which sandwich had the item removed from and was told to read the paper. I wish i would have noticed before getting home. I know working at jimmy John's is depressing but if you hate it so much maybe quit instead of treating people poorly.
