This is the worst jimmy John's I've ever been to. The employees are terrible and have no idea what customer service means, they are monotone and all have attitudes and suck at their job. Especially the short blonde girl. I ordered two sandwiches and asked to remove one item and they couldn't even get that right even after i asked which sandwich had the item removed from and was told to read the paper. I wish i would have noticed before getting home. I know working at jimmy John's is depressing but if you hate it so much maybe quit instead of treating people poorly.

Thoroughly disappointed with cost vs quality. They charged me nearly $11 for the thinnest smallest sandwich today. Sprinkle of lettuce... thin tomoatoes... What a ripoff. It was made on what appeared to be a thin breadstick. Go to Subway - JJ's is no longer worth it.

I had a completely unacceptable experience at this restaurant. I visited around 5 PM and found out they were out of bread. Despite this, we decided to wait because we were getting food for my niece, who was at a dance competition. When we finally received our order, the sandwich was terrible and had very little filling. The lack of filling meant that all we could taste was the bread. Needless to say, my niece was not very happy after dancing all night, and we barely made it back to her competition on time after waiting for an hour.

I just stopped and picked up a #1 and when I got home there were only 2 maybe 3 pieces of ham on my sandwich and they were only on one side, nothing on the other but cheese and tomato. I spent almost $10 for a sandwich and am completely disappointed. Not sure I will go back. Too bad too because this is my favorite sandwich place

Went in to get dinner with credits that were supposed to be in the system. They were not, but they employees called management and they okayed it. The 2 teenage girls working, took my order but didn’t write anything down. While they were making the sandwiches I reminded them what goes on what and still they messed it up. I spoke up and said that thoes certain things didn’t belong on thoes certain sandwiches. They replied and said “so no cucumber and *** on the other one?” I said “no” She rudely grabbed the wrapped sandwich, rolled her eyes at me and threw it in the trash. I told them again, what goes on what sandwich and they still proceed to do it incorrectly. I didn’t even say anything at that point because the environment was so uncomfortable. 1/10 review for sure, definitely not going back. And very disappointed that the food was still wrong lol.
