I love the Beach Club. What I got here was not a typical Beach Club. Itâs the worst sandwich Iâve ever had from a Jimmy Johnâs. Dry, wrong ingredients, old ingredients, no flavor. I wonât be going back to this Jimmy Johnâs. Iâd really encourage the owner to sit down with the team and look at how theyâre making the sandwiches here. Seems like thereâs some shortcuts being taken. Super strange.

The establishment was dirty not only the restrooms but the tables as well, the employee who called out our sandwichâs rudely screamed out our order twice, after we waited not even a minute to go up to retrieve our food. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper and paper towels and were very dirty. Food was alright, sandwich was under filled, sloppily prepared and the bread tasted old and stale.

Over 30 mins waiting for a sandwich and it's yet to be out for delivery. My fault this happens all the time with this location. Get it it right...maybe my sandwich will show up in 3hrs. Big fail!!

Agree on the amount of meat that is put on the sandwich. And the âlittle Johnâ is a total joke. Donât waist your money on it.Also, if youâre too lazy to get a decent piece of bread for a PAYING customer, maybe you should find a new job.
If youâre hungry you better go to subway or jersey mikes. These subs are so small with nothing hardly in them. For over $10 (not the meal the sandwich only) the sandwich literally had 1 slice of turkey and barely anything on it. It may have been enough to feed my 8 year old but not an adult.

Man this place has gone down hill. Freaky fast? Freaky SLOW for delivery and the sandwich has barely any meat. The onions are cut so thick and the lettuce isn't shredded? Just big wilted pieces thrown on....cool

This has to be the laziest group of employees. I am hopeful every time I order that things will improve, but they never do. If you ever place a group order and enter the person's name to the corresponding sandwich don't keep your hopes up. None of the sandwiches will be labeled with a name and half of them not even labeled with the appropriate number. Not a big deal? Well if you place a large order like we often do, be prepared to open every single sandwich and attempt to distribute to the correct person. And forget about and special instructions- for example "cut in half" or any changes to the sandwich. It usually doesn't happen. It's so frustrating.

People great but got a chicken sandwich and as someone who works in the food industry chicken is never supposed to be served cold that is what leads people to getting sick cooked or not.

I have ordered delivery from here twice, both times for two sandwiches. The first time, months ago, took over an hour and a half. An hour of that was delivery because they took 7 orders in one trip, so the sandwich was soggy when it arrived. Today I ordered again and it has been over an hour, and it just said it was delivered, but it has not been. I regret giving them a second chance. Pickup is fine, but their delivery is terrible.Edit: It was eventually delivered, about 10 minutes after it said it was delivered. Still, over an hour for a Jimmy John's delivery on a random weekday with no indication it would take extra time when placing the order is crazy.
