We're local residents who have frequented this restaurant for years before it suddenly changed its name, menu & possibly even staff (who have also been there for years, so hopefully they just weren't there last night). This was our second visit following the changes and it was disappointing. The margaritas were basically (if not actually) NA. The menu and food were just ok. The service was good, but we were one of maybe 10 (+/-) tables in the previously busier venue. A few edits to the former menu would've been welcomed, but these changes seem unnecessary and wasteful.
We used to dine there when it was Kachina and it was excellent. Food quality has gone down since they rebranded. Service was excellent but the food is Marriott's prepackaged garbage. I do not recommend the new place.
This restaurant is new and has a lot of kinks to work out. Only 2 wines available so ordered a sangria. This must be the world's smallest sangria. Was served in a very small cheap restaurant quality wine glass. Had more fruit than wine. Everyone at our table complained about the very small print on the menu. Couldn't read it even with my reading glasses on. The food was good.
The service was great; live music was nice. Margaritas were great! The food was ok, not traditional Mexican recipes. We had the stuffed poblano, chimichanga, and shrimp tacos. None of us thought it was worth returning.
Had breakfast here during my stay. Servers were real friendly. Omelet was okay (maybe my fault asking for it without bacon but otherwise it was plain. Home potatoes were really good though
I've been here 4 or 5 times now and it's kinda become a hit with my family. The food is solid!
We love coming to Kachina. It’s a nice little oasis on the patio in Westminster. We have had Edy as our server the last two times and she is great!! She really goes above and beyond.
Food and service were great and fast and welcoming . Server Abhi was great and busser Adam was helpful and engaging and friendly .
Great Brunch. Server was awesome and the food was delicious! Highly recommend, great menu.
This is a great place to meet half way between Boulder and Denver. The decor is very nice.

Not sure what happened to the fry bread tacos, but the bread is no longer good. It used to be thinner and you could eat it as a taco rather than having to eat with knife and fork. Not as savory either. Margs were outstanding. Manager was kind and asked us about an appetizer that he was thinking of switching out: Oaxaca tapas. We agreed: to much cheese and 8 nacho chips for $11. We did not finish. We will go back but miss the old fry bread tacos.
The restaurant week menu items weren't as good as their regular menu items. The ceviche was rubbery and overcooked, the empanadas were still cold in the middle the first time they came out, the entrees were okay but nothing special. I have been there before and their regular menu was delicious. I wish they had showcased regular menu items instead of offering things off-menu.
We were very excited to have brunch and made a reservation. Visit started with having to wait for a table by the kitchen to be wiped down before we were seated when there were so many open booths and tables with no line out the door. Our waiter was kind but when asked if he liked th jalepeno poppers he said well if you like fried food aand cream cheese then yeah. Made us feel awkward food was ok and enjoyed but nothing out of the world. Not sure what all the hype is about. Food wasn't even warm when it came out. French toast was good - breakfast burrito was huge and the skillet too so there is your value. Will I go back - nope.
We come here pretty often when we stay at the hotel for dance competitions - I always have a great experience! It's relaxed and the food is very consistent. Service was great too!
We had not been in years so were expecting what I call the original. This is now more like fast casual dining with soup, salad burger's and very few Mexican dishes. Not what we hoped for.
