Ordered 2 big boxes . Food was ok. But I think they picked the absolute smallest pieces of chicken in the bins.

Absolutely the worst chicken ever. I asked for 2 piece dark meat meal and got 2 dried out chicken breast, no coleslaw and to far to go back and complain. My husband and I keep saying never again. WELL NEVER AGAIN.

Stay away!!! My husband surprised the family with KFC last night on 10/8/19 and they forgot the biscuits gave him maybe 10 potato wadges for side offered him an extra side and didn't even give it to him. The food tasted like it was sitting around for a couple of hours and the sides were cold. He paid $25 DOLLARS FOR COLD FOOD AND MISSING ITEMS. I'm so upset because they didn't even give him a receipt so we couldnt go back to ask for a refund. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

I only gave 1 star cause I had to. Now KFC is already very pricey but we all know that. With that said I expect to get decent food. When the manager is there it is pretty good but when the assistant is you better keep your money. If they even have chicken when hes working it's over cooked, the coleslaw which is awesome is always so nasty, gravyis so thick you might have to chew it first and biscuits are so hard I can throw across the room and and they would shatter. How hard is it to just get it right. I will be going to another location cause this one needs to be shut down.

At first I really wanted to give this store a one star rating due to them messing up my order twice and not wanting to go back a 3rd time. It would've been another 20 minute drive yet again. i called the store because after the. First andsecond Time they messed my order up again. $60 is a lot to throw down the drain for going back and forth. Anyway, Jacob Jamison answered delt with the situation greatly. He said he took full responsibility although he just walked in 30 minutes ago. He managed to refund me my money.i was upset at first and was preparing to go to HR but with great employees like Jacob that didn't happen. He was respectful and delt with the situation appropriate and polite. I am happy to see there are still good workers. Most employees are kids that could give a sh*t less. Thank you to Jacob. Keep it up. That caring additude will get you far in life.

Hated this placethe service was super slow yes they had a large order and used all kinds of excuses as to why the order took so long. Cashier had no clue needs more training. Manger needs retrained to run a store this was the worst every. Our 20 month old grandson love chicken and he put this in his mouth and spit it out if that tells you anything.

Worst KFC ever! Often go through the drive thru and I am told they are closed since only 1 person showed up for work. Been told that they are out of menu items and drinks many times.

Haven't been to a KFC in 5 years, not like I remember it. Fried Chicken at King Soopers far exceeds the KFC of today.....hot sause is still a favorite though

I just went thru the drive thru and recieved nasty dried out black chicken, went in to the lobby and asked for replacement. The chicken you replaced it with was less nasty but still dried out and inedible. The mac and cheese was dried out too along with the stale biscuit and watery Cole slaw. You couldn't get one single thing right on my order and I even gave you a second chance with the chicken. This restaurant is a serious health hazard to the community. Disgusting!!!

Can I give zero stars? This location has serious leadership issues. After we ordered our food, the Manager came out, locked the lobby doors and put a sign up that said lobby closed. She then went out to a parked car for 10 minutes. Us, along with a bunch of other folks ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food. One couple just left with no food or refund. The corporate office needs to investigate this branch as the service at this location is generating a lot of negative vibes. The 10 cars I watched pull into drive thru then eventually back out without ordering would agree.
