The woman who runs the federal Blvd location is awesome! She goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. I don't think I visit this location one time without seeing her smiling face. She's a Rockstar!!!!

Can someone tell me why at 9pm they are completely cleaned up like they don't close at 11pm?.. I went through the drive through to be told they are out of pot pies. Door dash says otherwise. I come to pick up my pot pies and im told I need to wait another 15 minutes?!! This is ridiculous. When I got to the lobby they have all the food bins cleaned out and the cakes on the counter. Im pretty sure there is a food temp violation going on here. You bet im going to be getting names and ahold of corporate. Change your employment if they don't want to do the bare minimum, that is their job. 💯

Got the tues deal with sides. Asked for half original half crunchy. When got home, OMG not sure what it was. Was all smashed in the bucket. Couldn't tell what the pieces were. Most of seasonings was all on bottom of bucket. Very greasy absolutely disgusting. Been to many KFC's in many states and never had this happen. HORRIBLE

😡 I Didn't get my full order tried calling the store and each time I did phone was busy or have busy signal I order delivery because not feeling too well not pleased, sick or not maybe I should just have gotten up and went to go get the food myself really frustrating when you depend on the delivery service to feed your family and when the order is wrong there's no way to get a hold of the store it isn't even the driver's fault 😡 maybe I should go to the extra mile and go to another store and never go to this one again top it off chicken was dry

It's been awhile since I've ordered KFC, for it being extremely small chicken and Dry but I saw a deal they had going on and thought what the heck and SUPER glad I did. This chicken we got last night was some of the best Fried chicken we've had in awhile. Crispy, juicy and very decent large pieces, the food was still steaming hot when it arrived and flavorful. Definitely ordering here soon again!! 🩷😋
Order for pickup. When i order delivery or go to restaurant to order theres always an issue of not having extra crispy or chicken to make the meal.

Funny that their “system goes down” for Black Friday specials so no online only in store pick up no deals then you buy a “family meal bucket” but they give you individual sides to make sure it not what specified and when you ask about the large sides that are included they tell you only the expensive buckets get the large sides so if you want those spend more lol like thanks I’ll be sure to feed my family of 5 with the 4 individual containers of small sides 2 gravy 2 mashed potatoes lol definitely done with KFC rather get chicken from king soopers for half the price and full sides
