Stopped by this place cause I was excited it was part Long John Silver's. The guy took my order with no issues. The lobby was dirty. The tables especially. Got my food and was extremely disappointed. I ordered a KFC drumstick on the side and it seemed like the got it from Temu!! 💯 It "felt like" they did me dirty on purpose. Who knows. Probably a coincidence 🤷🏽 That's my experience!!
It's KFC. My kid wanted to try it because somewhere somehow he got the subliminal messaging that he needed to experience KFC. We scratched the itch. KFC is still KFC. Just go to Popeyes. Or if you're lucky enough to live by one, Pioneer chicken.

After waiting 15 min to get through drive through, they sent me to wait in the front which took another 10-15 min. I had to go inside to get my food and inside no one was being serviced and it was obvious the location is understaffed. Once I received my order, I was missing half of my items and they messed my order up. Once I got home I found my biscuits were not cooked and I was missing my gravy. I will never go back to this location.

Today was my 2nd visit to this KFC. This place is terrible , at best. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and fries. Fries were fine. The chicken sandwich, horrible. The mayo was rancid and on the outside of the bun. The chicken was rubber. The mayo slid off of the bun into my hand and all over my cars seat upholstery. I took the sandwich back the the KFC. I was handed 4 wet naps and napkins and was told to clean the upholstery with that. Needless to say my seat is stained. I called KFC head quarters to report this problem. The person answering the phone was in a foreign country and spoke terrible English. I could not understand a word she said. What I could make out was, someone will call you back. For your sake and health, steer clear of KFC, eat someplace else. The manager looked to be about 16 years old and both he and the drive through little girl gave me a stupid, I don't know anything look. I'll update soon to report whether or not corporate headquarters ever calls me back. I doubt that will happen. Horrible, horrible experience, I will never go back.
