Big fan! Our almost 2 year old lovedddd it. Balls everywhere a great little toddler section where he could climb and be a little separated from the bigger guys playing. Great area for eating snacks and a coffee bar! Def will be back!
Took our kids ages 7 and 3 here today. We had a really great experience and I liked how everything was set up.
Took my son for a classmates birthday. Was super fun and at a great price point.
Bought the tickets online 15 minutes before opening, but the place was closed without any notice. They were happy to take the money, though.
We had a kid's birthday here 1 year ago. It was a blast, and our younger child wanted his birthday here as well this year. When we got there, it turned out I'd booked the wrong date! While I had made that error, the employees at kidspace acknowledged they had not done their typical protocol to reach me and ask me why we hadn't showed up. Ultimately, they rolled with it, put us up in a different party room, and gave us a discount since the room was smaller than the one we'd booked. This could've been a massive disappointment for my child, and they made it so he was none the wiser! I was so grateful, and we had yet another awesome birthday in this spot. It's also such a fun place to go on the weekends for a few hours of indoor play. Of course, we'll be back :) Thanks, Kidspace!!
My recent experience was deeply disappointing, primarily due to the unacceptable behavior of Isabella, the front desk attendant. Isabella displayed a level of condescension and disrespect that was shocking for someone in a customer-facing role at a kids play place, a happy place. Her demeanor was unprofessional, lacking even basic social and interpersonal skills, which are essential for resolving conflicts and providing a welcoming environment.
Instead of attempting to address concerns constructively (in which she was in the wrong but never even accepted respnosbility), she escalated the situation with her dismissive attitude and inability to control her words. Her disregard for respect left a lasting negative impression and raises serious questions about the standards upheld by this establishment.
As someone who values excellent service, I strongly urge management to reassess her suitability for this role and consider additional training or corrective action to ensure a more positive experience for all future visitors. Her inability to correct the situation ruined the time there.
Outside of that, the place is great, clean environment, clean bathrooms, sponge beds for the tiny tikes and a play area for the bigger kids. Also have a soft nerf like area. Plenty of things to keep your kiddo active! Also has a hurricane simulator! 1 star for the employee but 4 stars for the place!
I would welcome a conversation with the owner. I'm pretty disappointed with how the front desk attendant handled herself, lack thereof.
I witnessed an interaction at the front desk where the young girl may have misunderstood something but called the customer "rude", and the customer was calm and respectful. I heard her say her name was Isabell, she, on the other hand, was dismissive and unprofessional, escalating the situation unnecessarily bringing it to the attention of others instead of apologizing she was wrong. She was so quick to be mean to the customer. Her behavior was completely out of line for someone in a customer service role especially when it's kids place!
Isabella at the front desk was rude and completely unprofessional. She clearly lacks basic people skills and made no effort to resolve issues. Extremely disappointed in the service.
Love this place to bring the kiddos during the day/school year. Staff is super friendly and the coffee is good. Lots of food and healthier snacks if you need to supplement. Toddler/baby area but even our 2 year olds can do everything in the “big kid” play area. Lots of fun.
Not as good as expected. We brought a 2.5 year-old and he could really enjoy maybe 2 or 3 areas, 1 of them was still too much for him with some high steps and not being able to use the shooters.

To see the price jump significantly makes us not want to come back. There should be a price from 3-5 years that isn’t 16.50. That price is insane and I would assume it makes it hard for families on a budget to play here. Balls look like they haven’t been cleaned in years and ones with chunks taken out of them should be removed.
I’m so happy I took my son here! My son is almost 2 & he had so much fun on the toddler set and the big kids set! The woman at the front desk was very nice & let me know that my wheelchair was good to go on the gray mats. As a disabled mom I was super appreciative of her reassurance ❤️ I didn’t realize they close at 3 on some days so we didn’t get so stay super long but we will definitely be coming back ?
We have been coming here for years (my son is 4) and while we enjoy the time there, it’s hard to have the pricing go up and up while the place hasn’t been updated in years. Plus they took some things out. There are quite a few of these indoor play areas popping up with similar pricing but are much bigger and newer. Kidspace needs an update desperately! Newer rockets and balls for those areas! A new attraction, more interaction and new science stuff!! Those things are so dirty and worn out! Again, it’s fun for a few hours but for the price it’s not so fun.

We went here for my daughter’s birthday a couple years ago now here for play. We really like it. It feels clean considering. There’s staff gal supervising and playing with the kids. I think that’s great. Friendly staff at desk too
