Horrible service. Didn’t get our delivery, called and were told it’s our fault for choosing delivery. We were offered 25% off to reorder what we were missing but were told that we were out the money and that their door dash drivers never lie. I offered to send my security camera footage and was told it was my fault again.
So we are out the $96 total plus the $10 tip we gave
We ordered pizza on Friday night. Both pizza were terrible. Neither pizza was cooked completely the center was all dough. The staff was rude when took the pizza back and asked for a refund. Then they told us they couldn’t do the refund right then but would do it when they closed out at the end of the night. Now it’s Tuesday and they still have not given us a refund. I will never order from here again.
Ordered a pizza with meatballs and romasean crust. Got a pizza with sausage and no flavored crust.
Crust was absolutely bland and flavorless. The sausage was subpar.
Couldn’t obtain a refund and have to come back in. Otherwise, just a credit for next time. No thanks. This pizza is terrible.
